I was happy with my service however, they did not have a cabin, air filter or air filter in stock so I had to go buy my own and put it in myself. Other than that I’ve been using this location for years and have been very happy and will continue to go back.

I have been taking my car over to this particular Jiffy Lube location for 2 reasons. 1.) When it comes to oil changes I have never had a problem and I have been using them for 20 years for both my cars. 2.) The work bay is the cleanest I have seen in any car mechanic shop. They pride themselves and it definitely shows. I even called corporate Jiffy Lube and told them on the level of cleanliness this shop achieves.

The best Jiffy Lube I've used. Admittedly I've used them only to change fluids. They communicate effectively and professionally. They discuss and suggest which services are due or coming up, but never pressure when a client defers. My go to place for fluid changes.

I’ll be back. That should tell you everything in today’s business world.

Wow! The service was incredibly quick, and the entire staff, from the mechanic to the receptionist to the manager, were all incredibly kind and thorough in explaining what I needed. Mbella and Jecson were amazing. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend getting your car serviced at jiffy lube in kensington on dupont ave. I use to go to the my car dealer and even Firestone but the service was over priced and the staff was unremarkable. The staff here at jiffy lube are very kind and friendly and the prices are great! They make good recommendations for services you may need but don’t push any unnecessary either.

The service was excellent. They providede a complete evaluation, offered services to correct any deficiences, the price was very reasonable.

Quick and easy. Good value, and no reservation needed. Also, the car wash, as an extra, is exceptional.

Came in fully expecting that I would need to get new tires due to some pressure issues. They got me in real quick and determined that I actually had a couple nails in my tires! Got it fixed up that day and they advised me on next steps. Really appreciate the candor and efficiency of the guys who saw me. I’ve gone here for a year or so and always been pleased.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location! The staff is extremely professional, they get you in and out in a very timely manner, they're friendly, and they always answer all my questions. I have been coming here for years and the experience is always top notch. Car maintenance is a headache, but they make it painless. I highly recommend the Kensington location.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube Store #2440. I went in to get my rear brake pads changed and an oil change, and the service was excellent. The work was done to a high standard, and everything was completed efficiently. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. They made sure to explain what was being done and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location to others

I went in on a Sunday needing new windshield wipers. The business was very busy as a snow storm was forecasted. They fit me in quickly, installed the wipers and were very pleasant, a pleasure to work with

Jiffy Lube Kensington was fast, efficient and honest. They were able to look at our vehicle the same day and we were in and out in a very reasonable time. Great customer service and I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Was in town visiting and just googled the closest oil change place. First time using a Jiffy Lube and had an all around good experience. When the service was completed they provided a voucher for a free car wash next door! The guys were great and helped me with another issue on my vehicle which I very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to this location for service.

Very nice people, very thorough. Plus, they vacuum and give you a coupon for a free car wash from the place next door! My car is used for ride-sharing and as a rental, so I constantly need to have it cleaned... this saved me a trip!
