Thanks for the discount on the service. I really appreciate it. I don’t even live in the area, but I drive 45 minutes just for that.

Great service, very personable, friendly staff. They personify the Jiffy label in that my car was done in less than 20 minutes. The only aspect that i do not like is the push for needless services. Coolant fluid flush, transmission fluid flush etc. are not recommended by the manufacturer. I was shown my air filter and offered a replacement, the filter was barely discolored and free of debris. I look like an old man but I still have my senses. I was appalled that the young lady being served while I waited, accepted all the fear mongering and a bill for $590 when she came in for an oily change. I still regret not interfering.

Outstanding customer service

Good overall. The lady with the tattoos and the blue glasses was pretty rude and slow to reset my sticker and oil changed notification on my car. According to the manufacturer, it’s not supposed to be 5000 miles which they counted wrong and set me for 3000 For some reason. When I said it should be 6000 according to the manufacturer she Informed me that Jiffy Lube was not the manufacturer. The guys were pretty nice though, and tried to sell me rear differential oil, even though it had been just recently serviced at the dealership

The car that I use for the service was a work vehicle and they did excellent work. I just went to another Jiffy Lube in Waldorf Maryland using my personal vehicle and they didn’t do half of the stuff that this location did.

I had high quality service overall. I was able to get an oil change and rotation. I was also able to get more extensive services like brake replacement and fluid drain fill syn before they would cost more with damage.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Laurel yesterday. It started off by me being able to drive straight into the bay and not have to wait at all. Then, I was immediately greeted by customer service for them to tell me what my needs were and the estimated cost before they even began the work. Once completed, they not only asked me about having a coupon, but accepted both coupons I had to bring my costs down. Overall great experience.

Wonderful experience. The guys are super nice! Constantly checking up on you and letting you know what’s going on with the service. I felt no pressure which is amazing for a female when we go to auto shops.
