We have gone to this Jiffylube multiple times. Each time they kind and explains things well. It is expected that they will encourage us that we need more than an oil change. I’m not very good at saying no and don’t know a lot about cars. The Attendant gave me the big picture but broke them down into priorities. I’ll be going back!!

I went for a routine oil change in Laurel. Charles provided excellent customer service. He explained everything clearly, he was polite, and he didn’t pressure me to get anything extra. He was very helpful.

I got an oil and filter change. I love that my wait time wasn't long. I got some really good advice on some things that I need to consider getting done to my car. I felt the price was reasonable.

I come here pretty often, and whenever Nate’s working I know I’ll be in and out. Even when it’s packed, he keeps everything moving and gets the job done right. Definitely the guy you want working when you pull in.

The convenience of an oil change that takes only 15-20 minutes is a huge plus. They also have a comfortable waiting room with refreshments, making the experience even more pleasant.

I have nothing but excellent things to report . My son and I drove 20-30 miles away from our current city in Baltimore , to come to this location because of the incompetence level of businesses in Baltimore . I was extremely , and pleasantly surprised of what we found . There could not be a more efficient and knowledgeable team around than the staff at this location . My son and I were so happy , and regretful that we did not come years sooner . I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is thinking of coming here . Great work , honesty , and integrity exists here .

I know Jiffy Lube has a so so reputation, but I’ve only had positive experiences at this location, both with oil change and brake pad replacements. Good value, solid work and professional people.

Everything was good and fast,just a little misunderstanding at end with the price,but the guy at cashier helped with,I will recomen to they have a little more comunication between the team to avoid having this issues.

Kudos to Jiffy Lube on 2nd street in Laurel Md. The team is so sufficient and knowledgeable. I won’t go no where else for my oil change.

Got an oil change, a serpentine belt replacement, a cabin filter replacement, and a free windshield wash and vacuum of the front floorboard.

Thanks for the discount on the service. I really appreciate it. I don’t even live in the area, but I drive 45 minutes just for that.

Great service, very personable, friendly staff. They personify the Jiffy label in that my car was done in less than 20 minutes. The only aspect that i do not like is the push for needless services. Coolant fluid flush, transmission fluid flush etc. are not recommended by the manufacturer. I was shown my air filter and offered a replacement, the filter was barely discolored and free of debris. I look like an old man but I still have my senses. I was appalled that the young lady being served while I waited, accepted all the fear mongering and a bill for $590 when she came in for an oily change. I still regret not interfering.
