It was 5 star all the way.

Pretty quick and just the normal push for filters. Next Service listed on my sticker in like 40,000 miles so I guess thy put current mileage in wrong. Coupon that was texted to me while I was there from Jiffy Lube did not work. Was $25 for full synthetic, they did give me a matching $21 off. Stated most people are accepting of it. I guess what else are you going to do at that point. I would recommend a service writer or check out clerk obviously was not the mechanics strength but he was very nice.

Phenomenal job! I came at a very busy time, cars coming in left anx right but they dont make fewl like theyre rushing through any explanations and instead welcomed all of my questions. I had DSP assist me on todays journey, he deserves a raise! Someone give him a raise, its not easy keeping excellent service with people sometimes. Great work guys!

I only come to this Jiffy Lube and would only recommend people that I know to this location specifically. I live by a Jiffy Lube and other like branded places much closer than me, but would prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes down the road just to go to this location. Every single team member I interact with is extremely respectful. I came in 30 minutes before closing today and the team still accepted me with a smile or a second thought. The gentleman giving me my vehicle recommendations (tall older black guy) always provides recommendations that I actually need and not just trying to gouge my pockets. He always tells me what could wait and what absolutely needs to happen today but even in those regards never makes me feel like I’m being forced into spending money. He hasn’t steered me wrong yet. The place is always clean from the waiting area to the actual shop where my truck gets serviced. As someone working at the director level in the hospitality field, genuine customer service is like finding gold on a sidewalk these days. This team is friendly and personable — more importantly, efficient. I have never spent more than 30 or 40 minutes here even with a couple cars ahead of me. The wait time is always reasonable busy or slow. I will go to no other location for my normal services simply based on the consistent and excellent customer service alone. I have been coming here for years but I was inclined to give feedback because of the level of consistency and the professionalism down to the last 30 minutes of operation. This is a well oiled team, no pun intended. Protect them at all costs.
