All team members were professional, respectful, and efficient

Staff was nice. Oil change was more expensive than the estimate on their website and they didn't vacuum my car like the usually do.

I came here a week ago for an oil change—it was my very first time, and I am beyond impressed! Excellent service, great communication, and very fair prices. On top of that, my bumper was broken, and even though I didn't ask them to fix it, they fixed it free of charge AND vacuumed the inside of my car! Absolutely amazing service. 5/5 stars, 100% recommended. I will definitely be back and will be sending all my friends here! ????"

It was 5 star all the way.

Pretty quick and just the normal push for filters. Next Service listed on my sticker in like 40,000 miles so I guess thy put current mileage in wrong. Coupon that was texted to me while I was there from Jiffy Lube did not work. Was $25 for full synthetic, they did give me a matching $21 off. Stated most people are accepting of it. I guess what else are you going to do at that point. I would recommend a service writer or check out clerk obviously was not the mechanics strength but he was very nice.

Phenomenal job! I came at a very busy time, cars coming in left anx right but they dont make fewl like theyre rushing through any explanations and instead welcomed all of my questions. I had DSP assist me on todays journey, he deserves a raise! Someone give him a raise, its not easy keeping excellent service with people sometimes. Great work guys!

I was surprised that every tech said good afternoon which threw me for a loop! I said wow Chic Fil A type of service at an oil change location! You guys won me over with that! I will definitely be telling our soccer team and evryone I know about this location!

Friendly staff!

Jiffy lube in Nottingham was fantastic. Changed my oil, vacuumed and cleaned my glass! Checked all my fluids and engine, and even let me know about a belt that was very worn and about to break! They were fast, efficient, and courteous! I highly recommend!

Got work done here a few times and never had an issue. They get work done right the first and price are always reasonable. Very good customer service as well. I've spoke with the manager a few times and he runs a great shop
