Oil change, Quick and courteous as usual.

The oil change was swift and easy, Vidal Was kind and professional, I really appreciate it!

The team did a great job. I was having lunch across the street and noticed it was a Jiffy Lube and it just happened that my Ford Explorer got a light turned on for an oil change. We immediately went over and they were able to take my truck in and do the oil change in less than 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the speed.

Everything was okay but they forget to put my air filter cover back in place, it was left on top of dashboard.

Pleasant people and Great services. I live nearby so they did drop off and pick up so I could go home and didn’t have to wait there for 3 hours.

Got an oil change and needed new break and turn signal lights but the light lens was jammed in. Johnathan, Tyrone, and especially Kevin went above and beyond to get it unstuck and the lights changed. Excellent service!

A bit pricey, but worth it considering all the to do's that needed to be done. Glad to get this out of the way.

Oil change done well with multi point inspection

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Onley, Maryland. 3 gentlemen, Daniel and . They were friendly, kind, knowledgable, patient, supportive, and efficient. And yes everything was done in 15 minutes or less. Almoat forgot Daniel made me aware of my rear tire being low and down about 16 PSI which is a lot, especially since I had recently put air in it, actually the day before. Dsniel told me that it's most likely a slow leak that needed to be dealt with asap. Great service !!! Thank you guys !!!

I take my Audi A4 and my wife's Lexus 350 RX to this jiffy lube one of his time for the oil change this time I took my wife vehicle and did a oil change and a tire rotation and a timely fashion the customer service is always great always get good input and output from the service guys they recommend what I need to do for the vehicle with no pressure I will continue to let this jiffy lube service my vehicle and my wives got to give them five stars service excellent keep up the good work keep me coming back

It was an all around solid experience! I went there this morning. There were five customers total there when I arrived. More customers were continuing to pull up. All the staff were polite, professional, listened, were safe, talkative and respectful. Unfortunately, those kinds of attributes aren't easy to come by these days. The inside / waiting area is nice. There are multiple seats, magazines, and a TV. It was clean, and it didn't smell badly at all. If you drive a big pick-up truck. Do be cautious! This location is compact and tight. I have a lot of appreciation for this experience. Incredibly better than the two Rockville pike locations!! Side note — much credit to Jonathan! Keep him around.

They need to change the open times to 5:30. Got there at 5:34 and they turned me away. Last time I waste me time and money at this so called business

The shop is great and so are all the people. Free tire pressure check if you’re a customer. Asked for an express service oil change only - nothing else and I was done in 25 minutes max all fluids checked and topped off. All the technicians are great !
