It was an all around solid experience! I went there this morning. There were five customers total there when I arrived. More customers were continuing to pull up. All the staff were polite, professional, listened, were safe, talkative and respectful. Unfortunately, those kinds of attributes aren't easy to come by these days. The inside / waiting area is nice. There are multiple seats, magazines, and a TV. It was clean, and it didn't smell badly at all. If you drive a big pick-up truck. Do be cautious! This location is compact and tight. I have a lot of appreciation for this experience. Incredibly better than the two Rockville pike locations!! Side note — much credit to Jonathan! Keep him around.

The shop is great and so are all the people. Free tire pressure check if you’re a customer. Asked for an express service oil change only - nothing else and I was done in 25 minutes max all fluids checked and topped off. All the technicians are great !

I went into Jiffy Lube this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. My truck was immediately serviced. Nadeem greeted us right away and was super professional the entire time. What a great experience , Nadeem is such a valuable asset to this location.

I went to Jiffy Lube in Olney, MD for an oil change and I was treated respectfully and cordially. When the work was completed I showed them a discount coupon that they could not honor. However, the manager decided to give me the discount anyway. Great customer service.
