I pulled up and they were very attentive, asked what I needed and performed a routine oil change. I prefer jiffy lube because they vacuum the car (along with/ other routine checks) even if it’s not a great job w/ the vacuum… I’m thankful bc I get so many leaves, sticks, etc!! Quick and easy and good customer service experience at this location. Been to some locations were they are rude or act weird if I ask questions… Not this one!

I came to this jiffy lube to get an oil change. The last sticker that I received at another jiffy lube said that I need to bring my truck in at 175,450 miles. John was the representative that checked me in. Upon checking his records and the amount of fluids in my car, John called me over to the computer and told me that I am actually not due for an oil change,for another 2,000 miles. So he let me know that they will top off my fluids, put air in my tires and so forth.. I am making this review, because first off, John had wonderful customer service.. I was with my 10yr old Son that has Autism & John made him feel like part of the jiffy lube team:)and the other reason is,that John demonstrated Honesty.He could have just taken my money and either performed an oil change that was not needed, or taken my money and not performed the oil change at all.His honesty is what is making me do this review and it's what is going to bring me back after 2,000 miles,when I'm actually due for an oil change.Thank you John:)

The service i received was an oil change. The staff was: Professional, knowledgeable, fast, and convenient! I had a great experience.

I Had to replace my radiator. Once replaced i had a small issues, but the team handled everything very professional and quick to ensure I was satisfied.

The best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to! Each and every time I go to this location I receive the best care for my vehicle. The staff is always pleasant and make sure they take their time and do their due diligence to make sure riding off of their lot is a breeze!

The team here was literally amazing. I had my kids with me and they took such good care of us and were quick and accommodating to me having my little ones. Literally amazing team.

Good fast service

Work makes it hard to find car service open on the weekends or willing to do work near closing hours. After being denied from other car shops for coming at 4:15/30pm (close at 5), I came here where the staff was happy and willing to work on my car late on a Saturday! They explained the price breakdown and recommendations. Thank you so much!!

Good and fast service. Polite staff. My only issue is $100 for an full synthetic oil change.
