I stopped in after to the Owings Mills location. What a great experience I will forever use them as my car specialist. Everyone from start to finish were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was polite and professional. I went in for my engine light on and was out within the hour. One of the workers even walked me to my car and opened the door. Haven't had that happen in a long time.

Came in for an oil change for the second time at this location. Would highly recommend. Was in and out in no time.

I pulled up and they were very attentive, asked what I needed and performed a routine oil change. I prefer jiffy lube because they vacuum the car (along with/ other routine checks) even if it’s not a great job w/ the vacuum… I’m thankful bc I get so many leaves, sticks, etc!! Quick and easy and good customer service experience at this location. Been to some locations were they are rude or act weird if I ask questions… Not this one!

I came to this jiffy lube to get an oil change. The last sticker that I received at another jiffy lube said that I need to bring my truck in at 175,450 miles. John was the representative that checked me in. Upon checking his records and the amount of fluids in my car, John called me over to the computer and told me that I am actually not due for an oil change,for another 2,000 miles. So he let me know that they will top off my fluids, put air in my tires and so forth.. I am making this review, because first off, John had wonderful customer service.. I was with my 10yr old Son that has Autism & John made him feel like part of the jiffy lube team:)and the other reason is,that John demonstrated Honesty.He could have just taken my money and either performed an oil change that was not needed, or taken my money and not performed the oil change at all.His honesty is what is making me do this review and it's what is going to bring me back after 2,000 miles,when I'm actually due for an oil change.Thank you John:)
