I took my Honda Civic Hatchback to Jiffy Lube for an oil change 3 days ago, and I absolutely loved the service. They are very fast and don’t keep you waiting for a long time like other locations from the same company. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I also really appreciate that they check the car carefully, and if your vehicle needs anything else, they let you know right away and give you an estimate of the total cost with no pressure or surprises. That gives me a lot of confidence and trust in their service. Definitely a 5-star?????????? experience, and I will be coming back again.

Great service. I hadn’t been to this location in a couple of years. Initially went in for an oil change but was able to get some other necessary repairs done. Great customer service and will be sure to return.

Fast friendly service

It was an oil change. I asked prior to if the coupons I received were honored (at the Oxon Hill, MD location), it came with a complimentary vacuum that got me to go there. Once I got in I noticed it wasn't done. And the oil change sign was still on. Today I have to return to get that squared away. Polite care just wished they had finished the details. Other than that, they were nice.

These folks at this location always gets it right! I love their teamwork, their professionalism, and kindness. There were like 4 vehicles ahead of me today, they got me in and out in under 50 minutes.

The Jiffy Lube team in Oxon Hill, Maryland were very fast and professional. I was truly impressed and happy to have my car serviced there. I truly appreciate the smiles.. the greetings and the knowledge of each individual. Kenny or Kenneth was also a delightful person to deal with. He made sure that my car was right before I pulled off. The entire team was wonderful and made me want to come back again! Thanks again to the entire team. You all are great! ??
