The service was great. They were so friendly and personable. They have an awesome team --- Mekhi McNeil, Kendra McKinney, and Greg Hall. And, they took care of my car quickly. We will definitely be back for future service.

Owner (or lead) runs a tight shop. One thing I am not fond of is the men who drive my car in out of the garage area making my car smell like cannabis. That part is unprofessional and a liability for some of us. But the work tends to be professional

This location is awesome. Everyone is so nice! Specifically Jack. He was so helpful and kind. An added plus, they vacuumed my driver and passenger carpets and I didn't even ask. Will be going back!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be coming back. The price was a little higher than I initially expected at $140, but the guy at the counter was very helpful and took $21 off, which I really appreciated. That gesture alone went a long way. The staff was quick and efficient. They were able to get my oil change done almost immediately, and I barely had to wait at all—which I loved. Everything felt well-organized and professional from start to finish. One nice extra touch was that they vacuumed the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. That’s something my old lube center didn’t do before I moved to Pasadena, and it definitely made the experience feel more complete. Overall, fast service, friendly staff, and solid customer care. Very happy with this visit and I’ll be returning in the future.

Quick and painless! I needed a fast oil change for my daughter’s car. The guys got the job done super fast. They were so polite and courteous. No high pressure sales for extras and no fuss. I would definitely go back.

Best, most personable place I've ever gone for an oil change. They are so friendly, quick, and honest. Never takes more than 15-20 minutes and they talk you through everything. I've never really cared where I get my oil changed but I won't go anywhere else now that we have found this location.

Quick service. Recently went for tune up my car was pulled to the side of the building not the back. Anyway, the guy who did my tune up wasn't in uniform, and wore a long gold chain around his neck. I saw him jamming a rod behind my bumper, and asked what was up, he said he accidentally got his chain stuck in between the bumper and lost it, was trying to retrieve it? Weird. Why was he wearing it to work on my car at all? Could've scratched it all up. So this time when I came for service, I asked if its normal to take cars around there to do tune ups. To which they replied yes, its for overflow to keep vehicles moving thru the garage when it gets busy. However, it was not busy, no other vehicles when my car was there? I am confused about that.

So this location was understaffed at the time of my arrival but the customer service representative that helped me was able to let me know that i am a priorty and i would be taken care of!! He didn’t let me down because i was in and it off there within 30 mins. I can’t remember his name but i went in tuesday at 330 July 15th !! I hope my guy gets his recognition
