In and out in 15 minutes. Get there early, it's much easier. Better than Valvoline, the guys at this locations don't push unnecessary services. Don't forget to ask about coupons. With the prices going up (not their fault, so don't shoot the messengers), do your research on discounts. Be advised that not every location accepts the coupons you find. I had a $15 one that was not valid but they gave me a $12 to replace it, which was very nice of them. Onto the next 5,000 miles

They worked on my car right away, didn't try to sell me any other services, I watched them do some tasks (but it was in the far lane so I couldn't actually see the oil being drained) and it was quick.

I just went to this jiffy lube, and I was approached within two seconds by multiple people to help me. The gentleman I spoke to explained how my dashboard didn't coincide with the sticker on my window. He offered to clean and vacuum my car and top off my oil all for free. And said, maybe we'll see you here next time when it's time for me to get an oil change. I was so impressed and I overheard somebody getting oil change for eighty bucks, which is reasonable. I'm definitely going back. I gave him a ten dollar tip.

I have visited 3 JL locations recently but my experience here far supersedes the others. While I can’t really speak to the attitude of the entire team, my interaction with Matteo who I suspect was the manager on duty will make me come back here again and again. I used to visit this location some time back but stopped due to proximity. As long as I’m anywhere in Montgomery County MD, this is the place.
