The best treatment from all the Jiffy Lubes in the area specially from Sidney who was one step ahead of customer service.

Sydney offered outstanding support and clear guidance during a complicated battery situation, even though I wasn’t having my car serviced at this location. His professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference and gave me full confidence in this shop. This will be my regular oil change center going forward.

The guys here are really nice and they know about cars . On one visit I came to change my engine oil and then the next I did a reading and tire rotation. My coolant temp sensor was broken and I needed coolant to be refilled they told me to come back because they didn't have any in the shop.So I tried to come back but was scared and nervous as the temp read H on my car. I called and informed them that and one worker was kind enough to meet me near their shop (less than 5 mins away) and assist with filling coolant in my car. However after reading my car from a prior visit and remembering me from that visit the worker assured me that my car was fine and that my car was not overheating. He refilled my coolant to assure me. This is what great customer service looks like.

The fellas that work there are very nice. They are professional, have great customer service skills and even educate you on your car as well. THANK YOU to everyone that assisted me today and THANK YOU as well to the guy who vacuum my floor mats. What you all did made my day and I'm so grateful! ??

Quick service, seemed very honest about what work I did or didn't need. Much appreciated.

I noticed the mileage on my RAV4 was about 300 over the due date for an oil change so left work and went to the Darcars Toyota dealership only to be told they couldn’t fit me in. There were no appointments available online for at least a week so I asked what about walk ins. The employee told me they were only accepting walk in appointments between 6-11 AM, which is inconvenient for anyone working onsite during the week. So I got online to see what other options were available nearby and this Jiffy Lube location popped up…was open until 7pm and 6 minutes away. I drove over and they started working on my truck immediately. In less than an hour they completed not only my oil change, they also replaced my cabin and engine air filters…all for about ~ $100 less than what the dealership was going to charge me. The staff on duty were friendly, efficient and provided great customer service. Don’t forget to check online because they offer discounts for first responders and teachers and coupons.

My first time here today and I love how they effective, care in details. On top of that they are quick I got in and out!

I took my son’s car in for an oil change, and the service was wonderful!! The new customer service guy (I’m so sad I cannot remember his name) was so personable and nice!! I’d go back there just for him!!

More than just an oil change place, they have now changed the brakes on my van, and replaced the tires, and the radiator on my wife’s car. They are friendly and professional at the same time. Their prices seem pretty reasonable too. Each repair was done quickly within a couple hours

JT at Jiffy Lube in Automobile Park, Silver Spring, MD, truly went above and beyond! I stopped by needing air in my tire (Kia Selots) and, noticing I was a bit stressed, JT stepped away from his current task to help me out immediately. His kindness and expertise were outstanding; he filled all my tires and gave me solid advice to come back for a patch if the pressure dropped again. His welcoming, professional approach made the experience effortless, and I was in and out in just 15–20 minutes! Yet another fantastic visit to this location—thank you, JT, for the exceptional service! You rock!

These guys really helped me out in a pinch! Sidney & Sanjeev helped get my tire plugged & got me back on the road, which was good because it was impaled with a screw literally right before making a 400 mile trip & moving. They made it happen fast, were nice, and did a great job as I made it to my destination safely.

This Location has stepped up the standard of service, Victor and Adrian definitely made the visit better , the professionalism has increased and the service time is reasonable 5 stars for the Improved service
