I can not sing enough praises about this Jiffy Lube location in Westminster! They always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are diligent in confirming what needs to be done, sharing their advice but not pushing it, explaining everything, and charging a fair price. Also, I have a small trash can in my car that they always dump out, do a quick vacuum of the car, hold the door open for me on the way out, and they even open and close my car door for me. I'm not sure if the male customers get such special treatment, lol, but I always know that I am in good hands here. Your hard work is seen and appreciated. Helped with financing, have the best deal I they could and got me back on the road

My van needed an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel balance. I shopped about 5 local repair shops, but Jiffy Lube had the best price and quickest service! The closest shop had a similar price, but they needed me to either wait 2 hours or leave the van. Jiffy Lube had me in and out in one hour. My van rides smoothly again. Thanks.

UPDATE: Appreciated the outreach from the ostensible owner of the JL franchise. He walked me through how Subaru requires a certain type of oil to keep the engine in-warranty; combined with his take on additional services, he ended up at the price point he submits is market competitive. I still find pricing in my subsequent research landing at the $57-63 mark across this region (outside dealerships, and a a result of 30 minutes of calling around), but reaching out to engage on the issue reflects the type of attempt at engagement that matters (I normally don't answer the phone but he left a message and I was on the road, so had time to discuss). I've subsequently moved the review from 1 star to four stars for the human engagement I reference below and the call I got to discuss. I can't give five stars in any case because we continue to disagree on price and value proposition. But cordiality? Being treated nicely? Yes, in all contexts that took place. ORIGINAL - Staff were cordial and respectful. Price? Exploitative. Over $100 for an oil and filter change, nearly five - FIVE - times the price I could pay other places. I needed it, and they did it, so I paid it. But the fact that I'll never go again, along with the negative word of mouth about that price point over my lifetime? I hope it was worth it. TLDR: staff were nice, price point was offensive.
