I I had promto do my previous oil change well 2 weeks down the road my red oil light comes on at idle and vehicle stalls out at stop signs well we didn't barely use it because this all happened the day before we were leaving for Jamaica for 10 it took 8 of theses days waiting for a mechanic but we got harmons auto he couldn't pin down problem it was showing up on computer but was HONEST and cleaned throttle body got running good (best it had in years) but in 2 days light back week back to bad if not worse well to make this story short lol I went to jiffy lube got oil change at like 1000 miles 3 to 4 thousand miles early and it all stopped EVERYTHING RED OIL STALLING OUT AT LIGHTS ALL OF IT THANK YOU D. Quick just like they are supposed to be. Friendly enough. Waiting room was clean. They even pointed out that my last oil change used the wrong oil for my car.

Awesome to deal with when in for inspection. They did a great job on time I was only there for about a half hour.

They helped us in a jam (car emergency not from here) and made us aware of the options (without pushy upselling). They adjusted their schedule to get the work completed so we did not get stuck in town

The crew discovered damage to my oil tank cap that occurred during a prior oil change at a different Jiffy Lube location. The manager (I think Derek) acted promptly and professionally to locate a difficult-to-find part and correct the problem with as little disruption to me as possible. The rest of the staff was courteous and apologetic about the mistake even though it wasn’t their fault. I appreciated the proactive customer service.

Stopped by from out of State, had a serious problem with brakes. They diagnosed problem, offered solutions and had me on a lift and parts ordered all within 10-15 minutes!! I was in and out in about 90-95 minutes for a complete rear axle brake job (rotors and pads). It was under $350 with applied coupons too. Nobody around here can beat that price. It was a great deal and done quickly too. Really fantastic experience overall. I went in dreading and expecting the worst possible scenario and circumstances and they put me right at ease and took care of my car's issue. By the time they finished repairs I was worry-free, relieved and very pleased. I left quite happy.

My families vehicles go to Jiffy Lube every year for an oil change and state inspection. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate seeing the faces of long time Jiffy Lube employees who I trust.

Check-out guy was great. Guys inside seem great too. 2nd time in there seeing him. He is great w customers and explains everything. No pressure on recommendations. I like that. Brought my Sprinter in the first time and because of him remembering that he gave me a discount on the Volvo. Very helpful and means a lot. Business rarely does that anymore anywhere it seems but old school vibes here at Jiffy on Riverside. Thanks. Be back.
