In and out quick

I went here for a brake fluid change. Justin helped me. He first checked the sensor. He realized it just needed to be rest. There was no reason for the change. No Charge. I will always take my car there. High Praise!

No Maine Vehicle Inspections on Saturday. I understand being lighter staffed on the weekends, but I was literally the only person there this morning. Not sure why a business would turn business away with the reasoning of being light on people even though I was the only person/car/service there. I admittedly don’t know what it takes to be a mechanic or to complete this service, which is why I am leaving 4 stars despite being really bummed that I couldn’t get this service completed this morning. Just thought it would be helpful for people to know this service is only available M-F 10-3. As someone who works M-F, I’ll be taking my business somewhere that offers this service on Saturday.

I go to the South Portland Jiffy Lube location for my oil changes. I stopped in to see if they could take a look at my engine, it was making a tapping sound. They put my car on a lift and located the problem, it related to the timing belt and water pump. The staff called me into the garage to look at the problem and walked me through how they knew this was the issue. They told me I could drop my car off the next day which I did. I picked up my car a couple of days later and it runs like a top. They were more efficient than the other garages I took my cars to, I will definitely bring my car here again for future issues.

Everyone here is awesome! Got me in the same day and replaced my rotors and brake pads in under two hours. Kind people and fantastic service :)

Went in today to get my car inspected with my wife today and the employees that were working today I was completely shocked in the turn around from a yr and a half ago when I started there it was so clean as well as the restrictions the shop area the outside landscaping my wife was very impressed since that is what she does and is her trade and Zack as a store manager training his employees the correct way from a-z coey and Mike front a-z they were excellent well done to the store manager Zack for having such an outstanding crew I will rate that store as one of the best stores I know 3 of then and south portland has came a tremendous turn around and me and my wife Kelly who said after we left wow what a complete difference from a yr ago she was happy herself and so definitely was I I'll be back soon guys great work keep it up!!

Everyone was courteous and personable. After a few bad experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations I was apprehensive but had limited options. After my experience here, I'd happily return. PS don't go to the one in Biddeford.

Quick convenient service though only 2 staff working there when I visited. I was the only customer when I showed up so I got done quickly and they were able verify my previous long-term service done to my car at other locations. I feel good knowing my car is tracked so the recommendation and service record are available. I'll be back.

I will tell you right now I buy all my trucks from the dealerships and I will tell you flat out this is the best service I have ever had this is why I keep coming back to this particular location Zak is absolutely incredible in the service that he provides as well as Corey I originally started coming to the South Portland location about two years ago for simply an oil change then Cory and I started talking I understood his wealth of knowledge and I knew this is the place that I could trust I normally do not give reviews but I will tell you this is the best service that you can get for oil changes tire rotations brake changes you can get and I mean that and everything in between these people really consider you as family and they treat you as such I am so thankful for this Jiffy Lube location and the people that work there from the managers to the workers that work in the garage these people are absolutely phenomenal and on top of their game so thank you so very much for all you guys do.

We were on vacation and both our back brake calipers seized out of nowhere; Cory took great care of us, was up-front with what was needed. Got us out of a rough patch within an hour or so!

Standard place, they didn't have a hybrid oil so I had to go full synthetic so it was more expensive than I anticipated but overall it was quick and easy

They're in such a convenient location. There's a nice big Irving store with lots of snacks & coffee & drinks & they even have a picnic table for you to sit on plus they're pretty quick to get you in & out. Tall vehicles fit right in. The help seems very laid-back, friendly & good-natured & they seem like they know what they're doing.
