This was my first time getting service from anyone other than my father who is a mechanic and I was worried about it but everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and they worked very efficiently. No one pushed any unwanted extra services and I got in an out with my oil change fast.

Very welcoming. My anxiety melted away when speaking with the person who spoke with me. Excellent customer service. Also, being able to tap to pay was necessary considering I lost my debit card. Very expensive- but I hear that’s due to the cost of synthetic oil right now.

William took time to explain different options for oil in my car. I brought my own oil filter as they didnt carry the one I needed and they checked to make sure it would work and installed it for me. Great place and people.

The first thing that I noticed was the staff at this jiffy lube was very friendly, very efficient. I would heavily recommend them. If you need an oil change or just generic maintenance. They really know their stuff! 10 out of 10 experience.

Informative and helpful staff with quick service and a decent price

The three gentlemen that were closing up shop on 4/12 were phenomenal. I came in last minute and they had no obligation to help me. Not only did all three attempt to assist me with my concerns but they never gave up. They reassured me that there was nothing wrong. This experience is just really encouraging.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and the staff was fantastic. Clearly let me know what to do for the process, gave me info about coupons for the work getting done, and processed my gift cards and payments with solid rapport. I think I'll go back for my next oil change. Oh, they said you can get a top off of things anytime, which I'm not sure I'll use, but is a cool option!
