I had a great and helpful experience getting an oil change!

Staff communicates with each other and the customers very well. They made sure my children and I were hydrated and no one made me feel like an idiot! Nova is THE best!

This place is the best! When my dealership quoted over $800 in services, I came here for a second opinion. The guys at this Jiffy Lube told me all I might need was an air filter in the next few months. Since then, they’ve earned my trust with fair service, zero upselling, and dependable work. Highly recommend!

First time here and the Jason and the staff at the Commerce location on Haggerty were great. Very thorough and honest about what they recommend and never pressured me into extra things I may or may not need. Prices were fair and I was able to use a couple coupons. I will most likely return for the next oil change. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Hunter, Nova and the rest of the team on the morning of 3/9/26 were absolutely amazing. Brought my car in for an oil change. The communication between staff was so specific/professional and definitely helps with their safety. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I will return to this location again!

I've been coming to this shop for a few years because the staff is respectful, professional and considerate. I've been to so many other shops over the years where I've felt anywhere from made fun of, to objectified, and even scared. That has never happened at this shop and I really appreciate it.
