First time here and the Jason and the staff at the Commerce location on Haggerty were great. Very thorough and honest about what they recommend and never pressured me into extra things I may or may not need. Prices were fair and I was able to use a couple coupons. I will most likely return for the next oil change. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Hunter, Nova and the rest of the team on the morning of 3/9/26 were absolutely amazing. Brought my car in for an oil change. The communication between staff was so specific/professional and definitely helps with their safety. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I will return to this location again!

I've been coming to this shop for a few years because the staff is respectful, professional and considerate. I've been to so many other shops over the years where I've felt anywhere from made fun of, to objectified, and even scared. That has never happened at this shop and I really appreciate it.

I had my oil changed today. I was very happy with the level of service I received. It started with David who greeted me. I remained in the vehicle for the oil change. The attention to detail was top notch! They really do a 10 point inspection from the wiper blades, tires, brakes, blinkers, lights etc . Then they go over all systems with you before you leave so you know what’s going on with your vehicle. They cover current and future need. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great job, keep up the good work.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Excellent service. They reviewed several items on my van and gave me honest feedback on what work may be needed in the future. Comfortable waiting room and each employee was polite and helpful. I will be back again.

Professional operation

My apologies for that complaint I filed back in March/April. I should have thanked you all for performing such a good coolant flush that it lead me to confirming that CDJR Sterling Heights sold me my car with hidden frame damage just over a year later. Keep up the great work!

This is located on the same lot as The Meijer on Haggerty RD. That is what makes it so convenient. Do your shopping, and oil change in one stop. The crew walked out to meet me and made me feel special. This is a clean modern service place and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way with a full service oil change and the cleanest windshield I have had in a long time. FIVE STARS!!

They are very knowledgeable about cars. Always keep you updated on what they are doing Never try to fix what is not broken by that I mean they take care of you. Never change oil or brake fluid just for the money they let you know that you don’t need it changed right now and to watch it and come back and they will be there for you. This means a lot.
