Doug and the crew at Jiffy Lube in DeWitt were fantastic. They got me in and out quickly and were pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Went in for an oil change. The staff were very friendly and seemed to really want to connect with their customers. There was a hiccup when they tried to put on my new windshield wipers but nothing to serious, the staff still felt bad for the delay and gave me a coupon for my next service! Thats how you earn a repeat customer!

The oil change was great, very friendly and efficient. I really emphasize the people were kind and seemed very helpful. I do appreciate them letting me know my tires were bald because I genuinely wasn't aware, but he did want to sell me $3000+ in tires. I did do some research, found and had really good tires installed for under $1000. So fantastic oil change, as always be careful of the up sales but I'm not offended by the try.

I rolled in for an oil change (diesel at that) just before they closed, they excepted me with smiles and did not rush me thru. The manager was AWESOME! I had two of my boys with me, which were definitely over the day! The manager was very understanding and caring. They never tried to sell me anything I didnt need either! Any other place would have had a list a mile long of things I "should" have done. I will definitely go back!

My first visit to the DeWitt, MI Jiffy Lube and I will be back! The manager and assistant manager personally greeted me, advised on a coupon for grand opening, and the oil change was fast. They also provided a thorough evaluation to ensure my equipment was working properly on my truck. Their customer service is exceptional and highly recommend the business.

Amanda was very friendly. We had an interesting discussion about what could have made a nest under the hood next to my air filter. I felt $140.00 for an oil change is a bit overpriced.

Great, new building that offers more than your typical oil change place. Prices are a touch higher but at least you know you’re getting high quality product and care.

I tried out the new Jiffy Lube today! They got me in, changed my oil, air filter, and checked all my tires in an efficient amount of time. Quinton was extremely patient with my questions and thoroughly explained the recommendations for my car maintenance. I will be returning again!

First time visiting the new shop. They were thorough and communicated well. They got my truck done in a timely fashion. All three techs were friendly and had a positive attitude even when things got busy. Will be back again.

Stopped in during the soft opening this weekend. The staff was polite and upfront about delays due to staffing issues. Still managed to get me through in about 20m. Will definitely give them another shot when they get up and running at 100%.

I absolutely loved my experience with the crew at the Jiffy Lube in Dewitt! Not only were they knowledgeable and great with their set of skills, they were also kind to me and my son, talkative, and they communicated to eachother like friends and great coworkers do. Not only that but I needed a headlight and they ordered it and delivered it there in an incredibly timely manner and had it installed! And that was also with an oilchange. There was so much flow of friendship and presonality that it both felt relaxed and professional. It was a whole vibe that I could stand behind and I will definitely be going there from now on. ????

Very friendly and great at their jobs! The guy who did my oil change couldn't get the oil filter off too easily which it was too tight but that was Valvoline's fault for doing that! Definitely a great place! Thank you for excellent service!
