The general manager was very professional polite. Plus the crew working on 3-20-26 were on top og there game fast & accurate. No pressure to upsell me on stuff.I don't need.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube and had a really great experience getting my brakes replaced. Ruben and the team were quick, kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car, and everyone was super friendly. They worked out the best way to get everything taken care of without any hassle. Really appreciate the efficient service!

Great service. Explained everything to me in detail and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Told me what I needed in the future! Great people there. Went in for an estimate on a check engine light, left with an oil change and tire rotation.

First time using this facility. Service was quick and the team was great to work with. Nice waiting room with coffee, water. New Brakes and rotors look good and drive great! Coupons were especially helpful.

Personal was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable during my visit. I have been going there since they opened ( Jenison, MI) and have always had great service. They checked out my check engine light and confirmed what I already knew which made them very credible in my opinion.

They took the time to really figure out what was going on with my heating and coolant systems.

I came in for brakes and paid half of the dealerships quote. They have also done great with my oil and helping diagnose a sound in my car that they were able to fix in the moment.

This is a really nice new facility in a great location in Jenison. Came today for an oil change and replaced some air filters - they caught how bad the cabin one was - not every place catches this. The staff are polite, helpful, and respectful. They did a great job and I look forward to having them do more work for us in the future.
