They did a great job! My oil filter was not a “stock” item, so they ordered it and it arrived while I waited. They were all friendly and kind, provided top notch service, and gave my puppy two milk bones while we waited!

Sienna was very helpful and professional! Quick and easy oil change, they did a great job.

Stopped at Miejer and purchased an air gauge. The air tire service machine charged our card, but did not provide air for our low tires. Plan B. Stopped at jiffy lube and Steve welcomed us with his great customer service provided free air, and a piece of mind for our 3 hour road trip back home. Thank you very much Steve and Jiffy lube for great service.

Quick and friendly service! I was in and out for an oil change in less than 15 minutes! They gave me lots of options on future maintenance on my brakes and rotors, as well as kept me informed in the process.

4/4/26 arrive 10:37 10 min wait before I got in. Nobody came out to say anything about wait time. Not a big deal, just nice to know if is going to be a 10 minute wait or a 30 minute wait. Alex, tech under the hood. Talked to me about the promotion and walked me through pricing and differences. Told me about the light check and wiper inspection. Also talked to me about the 3k mile topoff. Tech below got the process going while Alex wrapped up another customer. This was awesome and helped move things along. All the staff seemed professional, knowledgeable and helpful Very happy and will return. Out 12:07

Jiffy Lube in Ludington Michigan has a top notch super competent crew. I choose to pay for Jiffy Lube services over free services from the dealership because I count on my car and need it done right.

First time at a jiffy lube. Jonathan was really professional and did a great job explaining the services that were available to us. Oil change and tire rotation took maybe 25 minutes. Will be back.
