Super service today at Jiffy Lube. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the types of service they perform, in addition to just oil changes and lubrication. I think they could service all of my automotive needs in the future.

I'm 63 and since I had my first car, I've been going to Jiffy Lube with maybe 3 exceptions due to logistics. 10 cars in all over the years. This location recently opened and I was so thrilled to be able to go there again. For probably over 45 years, I've sought out Jiffy Lube because they ALWAYS treat me well, do a great job quickly for a very reasonable price. No pressure, no claiming I need something I don't. Always give me a list of things I'll need to address, and never judge that I hadn't yet-lol. Today it was cracked back tires and a brake inspection which I'll do in a few weeks. The thing today that further cemented my love for them is they ASKED if I wanted the cabin filter checked Now, every Honda dealer and the last couple non-Jiffy places I had to go for oil change or service told me when I asked about it that it was really difficult to get to and a couple hundred dollars and most people usually don't bother to replace them. Always bugged me because I have allergies and I knew this 2011 car had likely never had it changed and know it hadn't since I got it in 2014 because of what I was always told. After recovering from shock that he asked, I had him check it. He pulled out, no lie, 4 double handfuls heaping of rodent debris from the thing. They had a whole apartment complex in there! lol Then he says they had a filter IN STOCK. 49 bucks and it was done, plus I had a $30 off on Sundays coupon for the oil change. Not $200, for the filter as others told me and so easy I could have done it myself in a couple minutes, not complicated or hard to get to at all. I was astounded and thrilled .This is why I love Jiffy Lube and have been a steadfast customer for going on 5 decades. They are honest, quick, very reasonable, thorough checking everything, and transparent. Go give this location a try,, they are great. Even said if I get the 2 new tires I need, they'll install them for $20 bucks a tire. They're right in the Walmart parking lot on Shaver Road. Tell 'em Wanda sent ya. I'm SO happy to finally have a local Jiffy Lube!

Very Friendly, Efficient and Helpful!!

Today I had my oil changed at the Shaver location and worked with Kristie and Jeremy! They were both amazing and went above and beyond!! I 1000% recommend them!!!

Quick and easy

The entire staff was friendly and professional. They make you feel important and take care of all your needs no matter how small. I had a leaking tire that had been giving me problems fot about 2 weeks, but couldn't seem to figure out the cause. My brother had checked it out and couldn't find anything in it. They found a leak and with my permission, proceeded to remove the tire and found a nap that had gone completely through the rubber and was inside.they also found an old patch that was coming loose so they fixed both at the same time without charging me any extra cost. Such great customer service! I will definitely be back to get my brake work done here and future oil changes and tell all my family and friends about the great service that I received here. Thanks for a job well done team!

Went in for an oil change and asked test my batteries. I needed to replace the auxiliary battery, which was not on hand but they were able to find one at another location quick??
