Fast and upfront made it easy

The people at Jiffy Lube were so incredible. When one of my tires popped unexpectedly, they were so accommodating in letting us bring in the rim and tire we'd purchased elsewhere and mounting it for us less than an hour before they closed. Thanks to Jiffy Lube, I don't have to take time off of work and go without a car tomorrow. As a young woman, I know that a lot of auto-care places like to take advantage of people who don't know a lot about their vehicles, but the people at Jiffy Lube made sure I was well taken care of while I waited (and I didn't wait very long) and treated me with respect and kindness. The people here care about the work and the people they interact with. If you need anything done to your car, I HIGHLY recommend Jiffy Lube.

Super quick, great customer service.

It was my first time getting an oil change from somewhere other than a dealership and I just want to say the service was phenomenal. Right away i was greeted by Eric who made me an account and walked me through the different pricing and oil change processes. He was very informative and walked me through everything they were doing as well as Daniel and Jeremy! They were all smiling and communicating well with each other and me included. At the end they gave me an overview of what they seen on my vehicle as far as tires, fluids, lights, break pads, etc. They are very informative and know their stuff! I highly recommend this location as they have fair pricing and pretty quick service! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Thank you all again and I plan to make this my new go to location!

First time I went to the new Jiffy Lube on shaver Road in portage Michigan. Very quick in and out. Staff very friendly and explained every step clearly. They were not pushy, While offering add-ons.

Not a 15 minute oil change like other places which I appreciate. Thorough, efficient, and they do a nice job clearly communicating what they’re doing along with upfront pricing. Look on the website for coupons before you go!

Great experience here. New Jiffy lube in Portage near Walmart. Staff friendly and does good job. Very informative and not pushy for other services. Prices are good and coupons available if you look. I always had my car serviced at my dealership and saw prices going up frequently. Years ago I had an issue with another quick oil change franchise and was hesitant. I checked the reviews and decided to try. The staff was very friendly and everyone had a smile! I appreciated the breakdown of things to keep in mind and felt the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely return to this location for future needs. Also, I was happy to learn that the lead person working on 6/15, previously worked for a Honda dealer, so I felt confident in his knowledge of my HRV.

They started out at 109.00, what I though was a high price. I then drove over to Uncle Ed and they wanted 143.00. Back to Jiffy Lube I went. My Tucson took 6.23 qrts. I was wearing my Veteran ball cap and the gal told me I'd get $30 off for a Military discount. My final cost at $97.00. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back for the next one.
