Jiffy lube was thorough, friendly, informative, and professional. I was unable to get my oil change done at another place due to my specific oil requirement and they were able to get me done!

This would have been my 4th time coming back. Clean spot, straightforward communication, and give enough information for an educated decision about anything other than standard oil changes without a pressured sales pitch.

Moved to the area recently and was looking for a new spot to get an oil change. Definitely picked the right one and will go back. Super friendly staff and a nice, clean and organized place. Y’all rock!

They were super professional and friendly. Quick, efficient and thorough. It was nice to see the district manager there as well checking on the employees and greeting customers.

Had a great experience! Was greeted in the parking lot as I was walking up to the door which was super nice! The techs were awesome explaining everything to me! I was gifted a gift card to them and had never used their services before. Definitely will be a return customer!

Honestly the sweetest people here! They don't make me feel dumb - they take their time explaining what's going on and are straight forward with pricing. It was a little busy this morning, but the person taking care of the lobby updated me accordingly. If I can get it taken care of here, this is the only place I'll go!

CJ was Great! Got me right in. I explained I was traveling to TN and all my fluids were filled, tires checked and aired up. Eli was the guy doing the work, what a pleasant young man. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be going there for all my car needs. Thank you CJ and Eli for taking away a little stress.

Fantastic service. Polite, professional. Had an oil change & headlights replaced. Informative, but not pushy. This is my go to from now on. I heard good things about this place & I was glad I listened. My new go to for oil changes & everything else they provide.

The techs were very knowledgeable and explained everything. They were OK with me not wanting to purchase certain things and did not push to get me to purchase. Definitely will be back.

As silly as it sounds, I was at a loss as to where I should go to get a lightbulb changed in my vehicle. On my way home tonight I saw this Jiffy Lube and took a chance. What an amazing team. I believe two of them were in training. But I couldn’t tell because they were so professional. It turns out I did not need a new lightbulb . They reset the original bulb and cleaned the front lenses. They advised me not to purchase the renovation of the lenses today because it’s going to snow tomorrow and it would ruin the renovation. They said please come back. … they were still topping off my liquids and I paid for one. Not that I minded in the least They filled my tires with air. It was such a nice experience. Good Job Jiffy Lube! I will return to this location again and tell my friends/family

They were friendly, all costs were presented with no hidden fees or hidden costs. All the staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Will be returning!!! Wonderful service going above and beyond!!

I brought my 2 vehicles in for oil changes and to prepare them for the winter. I was greeted with enthusiasm and politeness each time. The Customer Service Manager, Connor, was so polite, professional and friendly. He gave me a complete overview of my vehicles both good and bad, to help me better understand my vehicles. He had a smile on his face, cracked jokes the whole time he conversed with me, a very pleasant young man. The service was fantastic, all the guys and gals were very nice and fast.

Great service all around. They were happy to answer any questions and explain anything I had asked for further details on from the inspection report. Services they provided at this visit was an oil change, air filter & air cabin filter replacements and windshield wiper replacement (front and rear). Service was quick and they went ahead and applied any discount offers available to my services I received; without my needing to ask.
