The staff and service was amazing

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. I brought in my Chevy for an oil change, and the service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got me in and out quickly without any issues. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

The staff over there was very thorough and explained everything to us which we thought was very good. We plan on coming back again because they did a very good job. We went in for An oil change And they made sure they checked everything else for us.

Came in for oil and filter. I interacted with CJ and Natalie and they both left a great impression. Professional, friendly and hardworking. Everyone there was working diligently and efficiently. Great service and will come back. It’s my second time getting an oil change here and both time service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend!

Jiffy lube was thorough, friendly, informative, and professional. I was unable to get my oil change done at another place due to my specific oil requirement and they were able to get me done!

This would have been my 4th time coming back. Clean spot, straightforward communication, and give enough information for an educated decision about anything other than standard oil changes without a pressured sales pitch.

Moved to the area recently and was looking for a new spot to get an oil change. Definitely picked the right one and will go back. Super friendly staff and a nice, clean and organized place. Y’all rock!

They were super professional and friendly. Quick, efficient and thorough. It was nice to see the district manager there as well checking on the employees and greeting customers.

Had a great experience! Was greeted in the parking lot as I was walking up to the door which was super nice! The techs were awesome explaining everything to me! I was gifted a gift card to them and had never used their services before. Definitely will be a return customer!

Honestly the sweetest people here! They don't make me feel dumb - they take their time explaining what's going on and are straight forward with pricing. It was a little busy this morning, but the person taking care of the lobby updated me accordingly. If I can get it taken care of here, this is the only place I'll go!

CJ was Great! Got me right in. I explained I was traveling to TN and all my fluids were filled, tires checked and aired up. Eli was the guy doing the work, what a pleasant young man. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be going there for all my car needs. Thank you CJ and Eli for taking away a little stress.

Very professional and friendly service

Great service all around. They were happy to answer any questions and explain anything I had asked for further details on from the inspection report. Services they provided at this visit was an oil change, air filter & air cabin filter replacements and windshield wiper replacement (front and rear). Service was quick and they went ahead and applied any discount offers available to my services I received; without my needing to ask.
