Excellent customer service

They were very professional and courteous. I was not expecting to have to get a more expensive oil change than I have been getting at Valvoline. It ended up being twice as much as I would have paid there. The reason I went there this time was because I had a couple of gift cards I don’t think I will return because of the price.

I stopped this evening to get an oil change. It was close to closing, and they still took the Time to be polite, courteous and change my oil check my fluids and make me smile. They are absolutely amazing and I will be going back there again for all my oil changes. Nick and Don We’re absolutely awesome

I always go to jiffy lube because the guys have me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They're professional and courteous and don't try and sell you on stuff you don't need. If anything is out of the ordinary, they'll let you know. Highly recommend!

I stopped in a few weeks back because my wiper blades were attacking each other! The guys all worked together to solve the problem AND fix my wiper blade so they could work together civilly again! They also checked everything else on my vehicle as routine to ensure I was going about my day safely! Super quick and thorough!

Always good & through. Been taking truck there for years. Very detail oriented & polite. Was a trainee in main lobby while I was waiting. He was more interested in his cell then watching his assigned interaction training video. It was going on like a winning slot machine. The inside biz line rang 7different times and he didn't answer once. Just kept ringing while he'd tilt back look out side doors at guys working, as soon as he'd see one he'd start working on his training. When I go, if he's there I'll request he doesn't touch my vehicle.

Great service The best place to go for your oil change and general car services

All of the gentlemen were very nice! I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me any services that I didn’t need - something that I really appreciated! And although it’s not a part of their normal services, they were able to reattach my front license plate (which I had been keeping attached using a zip tie) which I greatly appreciated! Most of all, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes

They are very professional and helpful. I’m very grateful for all their diligence. Will continue to go here for the extended future.

I first visted this location yesterday and experienced prompt courteous service. The place was clean and the workers were friendly. The windshield cleaning was also an added bonus!!

Thorough and fast. I usually do valvoline unfortunately last few changes were sub par. Not checking air filter or tires,without me asking. Thank you Jiffy lube for doing the entire job without being called out. To be clear valvoline has been disappointing.

Being from a small town I had never been to a Jiffy Lube. This place was fantastic. Clean, fast and friendly.

Stopped in to get air for my low tire. Was greeted, serviced and out the door in under 2 minutes.

Today I went to get a oil change...Super nice and knowledgeable staff..also had my air filter changed and staff showed it to me and it really needed it...Since my oil change and new air filter my check engine light went off after driving it a few miles..It had been on for months and I believe it was from the dirty air filter..thank you all for your help,it's not easy to find kind and knowledgeable workers...I highly recommend this place and will return...

Very happy with the service at the Jiffy Lube by the Walmart in Baxter, Minnesota people are all very professional checked all liquids. Reminded me that if my vehicle is 1 quart short to come into the service center, and they will fill it. Great!!!

Super friendly and efficient. Ive never been here before but it was amazing! I highly recommend. It only took 5 minutes to get an entire oil change, top off my antifreeze, check/fill my tires and check my air filter!
