The service was fast and professional. I was happy to receive a militarily discount. When I got home I had a question about the oil listed on the receipt. They were able to address my question quickly and professionally. Thanks.

I came in because my tire had just popped on the road, they were quick to help me find the issues and because the leak was so large they put my spare tire on for me. The service was free even though I asked them to charge me! they were all so kind and helpful!

I came with an issue with my tires, I couldn't afford anything at the moment , and yet, I was guided to try different options to see which one fits with me. At the end, I was able to choose without feeling ashamed

If I could give 6-7 out of 5, I absolutely would. Came in with a busted tire and they got a new one ordered for me right away, told me Friday it would be there Monday (no problem, I can wait). But I work multiple jobs, I don't have time to come in during business hours. So they opened up EARLY BEFORE SCHOOL to fix my tire so I wouldn't miss any work!!! Absolutely stellar work, stellar people, and the new tire looks great!!!

They do an amazing job of communicating issues potential future problems before they manifest, and leave the power with the consumer in a way that makes them feel respected and taken care of. This is by far the best Jiffy location in the twin cities!

Nicko and David are definitely a credit to this business! I got a full oil change, they aired up my tires, check my other fluid levels and I even got a new air filter for less than $150! It's a good feeling to get such great service without breaking the bank, and I must say I will definitely be back!

The Jiffy Lube team here was amazing and helped me out of a jam the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My parents' second car had a dead battery that I had to jump twice over the course of the morning while out running errands. The guys at this location had me in and out within about 10-15 minutes with a replacement battery. Super friendly and great, quick service. Even had time to still meet my family for lunch!

Nico and Thor were sweet enough to make me feel welcome after my splash shield wasn’t reattached properly and was dragging. Even though the issue was due to another unrelated company they were kind enough to help me out. What I really liked is that they didn’t talk bad about the other company instead told me to go easy on them as it happens. I really appreciate them alleviating my stress. I left there in a great mood and I think I’ll be back there for my oil changes in the future. Thanks guys!!

I initially went in to get my back tired filled and Nico pointed out that my front tires needed to be replaced (which I knew, but dreaded getting done) but he made the process easy as can be and the price was great! He definitely went above and beyond for service, and will be back for brakes and rotors. Also, want to thank Thor for the installation of the tire he was not only quick but thorough. Overall the team at this location works great together, thank you again!

Had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube in Bloomington. I was able to get right in and have my battery checked after having another company not being able to do so last week because they were "understaffed". Turned out, I did need a new battery. Not only do I get my oil changed here and they do a fantastic job but the other day I was assaulted and robbed at McDonald’s right by Jiffy Lube. I ran out and said “he has my phone” and multiple people from Jiffy Lube ran after him! I know there are good people and bad people in this world, but I can’t tell you how thankful I am that these guys risked their lives to get my phone back! Great service, great people, great oil changes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

CJ single handedly increased my faith in the automotive repair industry. This guy cares more about the consumer experience and relationship than greed. His team is also efficient. I sincerely hope they are getting paid what they deserve.

CJ & Doug had me in and out in 15 or less, sat in my car as they did everything. Super pleasant and explained what they were doing which helped because I understand little about cars.

The people who helped me were incredibly nice, friendly and efficient! I was in and out in like 10 minutes! CJ cashed me out and was super cool and let me know about their free fluid top off policy!
