In all honesty, ran to this location for a quick top off on oil. Handled very professionally, the closing employees that helped me tonight. Went to start my truck back up and battery turned out to be completely dead with zero percent charge. They took the time to offer a new battery with a 2 year warranty. Swapped it out for me and made the battery swap feel of no inconvenience. Handled with care and again the best customer service I could have ever asked for. Huge thanks to the forest lake location for making a potentially dangerous situation in the freezing weather turn out to be something extremely helpful and top notch service on hand. Thanks again gentleman!

These guys always go above and beyond. Favorite jiffy i have ever gone too. Excellent customer service and always take good care of me. I never feel pushed into anything and they have on several occasions helped me beyond just typical. Today they helped me unclog a windshield wiper spout. Thanks again guys on behalf of me and my 318,000 mile prius!!!!

Fast, friendly and efficient! I went on a Tuesday morning and got in and out quick and had a good conversation with Rich! I'll be back!

I couldn’t ask for a better team to look after my truck. This is a professional and thankfully relaxed and personable location. Rich welcomed me with a smile and to my delight his sweet daughter in law came to treat everyone with a big box of donuts. I got to see a sweet little two year old need to give his Grandpa a kiss goodbye. Connor is reserved and respectful and lets you know what he’s going to do before he does it. Joe is one of my regular fellas who is always there making sure he and the team do everything just so. Joe kindly escorted me inside to wait and while I was happily seated Jake checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was there a little longer as I had requested services that take more time and a couple items needed to be delivered. It was a nice wait as each of the above mentioned came in to check on me and share some personal experiences with me. I never feel bad about spending money when it’s time for an oil change, wiper blade change, battery replacement, or break fluid replacement. I know I’m in good hands each time and I don’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this particular location. Thanks guys!!!!??

I don't leave too many reviews but I feel compelled to say something here. I can't believe how some customers behave at this location and I am rather disappointed with their treatment of the manager of this store ... who just so happens to be a Black man. They are rude to him, extremely disrespectful and/or just plain ignore him. One lady even turned around and drove off after seeing him! Dave is probably the best manager this store has had. He's knowledgeable, he strives to give the customers their best experience, he explains things so that even a woman like myself (with no mechanical knowledge) can understand, he keeps the place clean and he educates his staff on how to do certain aspects of the job. I want to give credit (and I want to make sure that Jiffy Lube gives credit) to Dave who handles everything with as much grace as possible despite the treatment given to him by some of the customers coming to this store. It's so disheartening to see! I hope Jiffy Lube recognizes the toxic behavior that can sometimes be directed at people of color in leadership roles and ensures that this doesn't continue (whether through training or policies that support their managers and employees). No one should be subject to this type of treatment. Residents of Forest Lake, MN should be appalled with this behavior. If you are in this store and witness this happening, please, please say something!

The staff is very friendly and respectful. They ask you if you want services, but aren’t pushy. It’s refreshing to have that experience at a shop.
