Had a great experience at this shop (as always). Samir and TIG were a great help in the process of receiving and processing the drop in. Samir was helpful in identifying the issue, relaying that to me and providing the solution and services that were done. Thank you again!

Samir was amazing! He went out of his way to get the sensor for my tire from another store! Made my day! The whole crew was great but he stood out for his willingness to get the job done. He also wished me Happy Mother's Day! His Mom is lucky to have such a great son!

Samir was extremely patient and thorough while doing two day’s work on my car for a variety of issues (too much work for just one day). He did his best to keep costs down and explain things while always being friendly. Would recommend !

brought my jeep in to get an oil change today and i have to shout out the entire team for their excellent service!! javon, ramsey, biplap, poncho, laltigus and one other guy i unfortunately didn’t get the name of (receipt says david/earl). they were all super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing. as a younger woman sometimes auto shops can be super intimidating but i’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed! super affordable pricing and i was in/out in less than 20 minutes. definitely will be returning to this specific location plus this was my first time coming to any jiffy lube.

Great guys great service and way more thorough than the Valvoline! They're very polite and they do not try to over charge or upsell. They know what they're doing over here. They're Golden Valley's little hidden gem everyone disregards because of their location which is a shame! I'll be back as long as they keep doing the job right!

I ALWAYS come here. Another Jiffy Lube didn't tighten my tires after a tire rotation and lengthy oil change, and the Golden Valley location here undid their mess and made my car safe to drive again. These guys know their stuff, and they are friendly too!

Samir (mechanic) was extremely knowledgeable and carefully inspected my vehicle to make sure I was in tippy top shape! My car is over 150xxx miles now, so I selected the high mileage oil on my online estimate, and after it was done, he informed me that I got the synthetic blend because they haven't had that in about a year, which isn't his fault. The website just needs some updating. I told him I only chose that because the website recommended it otherwise I was going to get the full synthetic, not the blend. He compensated me by putting a synthetic additive in with my oil, which makes it basically full synthetic at that point. I was very appreciative of him doing this, and he was very kind and nice to talk to! Thank you Samir & Jiffy Lube!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Samir and the entire team were professional, transparent, and easy to work with. I came in for an urgent oil change and transmission service, and the team took the time to answer my questions clearly without any pressure or upselling. They also pointed out a loose component near the engine area that was worth having checked by my regular shop, which I appreciated — it was handled as helpful information, not a sales pitch. Shout-out to Juan Pablo G., Dave R., James B., and J. Garcia Melo as well — everyone I interacted with was courteous and thorough, and the overall experience felt well-run and customer-focused. I’d definitely return to this location and recommend them based on the professionalism of the entire team.

I went to the Jiffy Lube and there was a mechanic on site and he was completely great. His name is Sameir. I highly recommend that you ask for him by name because he can do anything to any car and have the best service.

Dave at the Golden Valley location refinished and restored my headlights. It was reasonably priced, it was done in just over a half hour, and not only did he do a fantastic job, he explained to me how the restoration was done and why it is a good idea to do on older vehicles, for safety reasons. A top-notch location for auto services.

They took time to diagnose a leak in my engine so that I can report it to the dealership..save me thousands of dollars in repairs!!! Gratitude ????
