Logan was fantastic to work with. I came in for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation, but after checking the tread on all my tires, he let me know they were in great condition and that the service was not necessary. His honesty saved me $29.99, which I truly appreciated, but the integrity behind that decision meant even more. I’m not from the area, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped there after going to Discount tire because I had a screw in my tire. The forementioned said my 3 month old Bridgestone tires were “Bad” and I needed 4 new ones. As they didn’t have any tires in my low quality range to compare. I left angry. Came over to Jiffy Lube for help. Expecting to buy a new tire as location of screw was not able to be patched. I didn’t know Jiffy Lube could fix a tire or that they sold tires. The gentleman who came out to my truck was very kind. He got me inside and in a few minutes we’re back to talk to me. He said I did indeed need a new tire. A patch would hold. I asked if he had a similar tire to my Bridgestones. He said he did, but asked how old my tires were. I was waiting for him to tell me my tires were cheap and worthless too. However he told me the opposite. He said “your tires are in great condition and like new”. I told him were I just came from and what they said to me. He laughed and said “now you know WHY they have such a bad reputation”. Indeed I do. Instead of upselling 4 tires OR even one tire. He asked where I bought my tires from. I told him Costco in January 2026. It is currently March 2026. So less than 3 months. He told me this is covered under my warranty and told me all about the warranty, how it worked, what was covered, and that I would be able to get a NEW tire for $20 or less. I seriously could have hugged this man. I will be back for oil changes, because they are honest, helpful and reputable. Unlike the cockroaches across the street. I feel like Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to help me, save me money and educate me. Plus he told me I had great tires on my truck, which made me feel a whole lot better as I have children. I want a safe tire. Follow my review on Costco to find out the cost of my tire. Spoiler, under $10 for whole NEW tire.

Great service! very helpful when something might need to be looked at closer! My check engine light came on the day before I stopped for the oil change, they checked to see what was going at NO charge and were able to let me know I was just low on oil and there was nothing major. I was so thankful since Money is tight. Highly recommend these great hard working guys!!

My boy Jake hooked me up today. Answerd every question I had and was very informative. I will be back here for all my car needs in the future.

I really enjoy coming to Jiffy Lube to get oil changes on my cars. The customer service is superb, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming as well as the staff very knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail. My family and I will continue to get our oil changes at this location and refer our friends.

I thought Expensive but fast, clean, and friendly service, easy location by Doscount tire. I thought they only did oil changes but found out they do brakes, batteries, tire rotations etc. Was a reasonable price when you find a coupon

This location is fantastic. They do very good quality work, extremely efficiently. They have gone above and beyond multiple times for me, on one occasion staying late to help diagnose and fix a problem. The manager / supervisor that day drove to the store to buy a part for me himself. Huge shout out to Corey, Jack, Quinn, and George. If i could give them 10 stars, I would.
