Amazing service and very helpful, I was in and out for an oil change and one worker specifically hasan was very helpful and crystal clear. I came back a few days later as my car was over heating and hasan had helped me by temporarily fixing my car to get me home while being very clear and transparent that it would not fix the problem but only temporary get me home.

I usually don’t review large chains, but had such awesome service today at Jiffy Lube. It was quick and easy. More importantly, Mahad (sp?) was incredible. He was kind, professional, and had top notch communication skills, frequently updating me. This is the only Jiffy Lube I will go to.

Service was good. I did notice it seemed like they overtorqued my bolts on my air filter and two of them are now snapped off. I asked about five times about my $10 off coupon. Now that I finally stopped and actually looked at my paperwork and my transaction they did not take off my $10 off coupon. So I'll feel very switch and baited on that one. It would be nice if somebody would reach out and offer me a free oil change for the ability of not being able to add the coupon plus plus breaking two of my airbox screws because I have a k&n filter and do not wish to go away from a k&n filter. They used a heavy impact to put my air box screws back on and now two are broke off.
