Brian, Frenchie and Rabbit were so so helpful. I had gotten an oil change at a different location and experienced issues and smoking. The messed up oil change really scared me but immediately, Brian put me at ease and got into fixing it. I was so anxious and worried about what was going on with my car, but all three gentlemen were kind and efficient. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

These guys are always saving me money or giving me a good heads up about a possible issue.

Great service, friendly people, gave me a free top off of oil since I show up at this place consistently. Great people, Kyle and Rabbit are awesome.

Can’t recommend this place enough. There are a couple places that are actually cheaper but I love the guys that work here so it’s worth it to me. One guy remembers me every time. They top off your windshield wiper fluid and fill your tires. In my opinion they’re completely honest and work with what you got. They recommend other services based on the mileage of my car which I appreciate. And they have never pressured me to get it done right then and there, they’re simply recommending what needs to be done based on mileage. They always give me a choice, I always say no the cabin and air filters cause I just do it myself and they’re never super pushy about it. In 2021 my girlfriend bought a new car and they didn’t have the oil filter for it as it was so new and different, they called around to a dozen places for me to find a place that had one, and found one at valvoline. They also recommended a good muffler and exhaust shop when my check engine light diagnostic code kept showing catalytic converter problems.

Great service and staff. They were fast, and patient with my lack on knowledge of cars.

The staff(Shout out to Customer assistant RABBIT)was courteous and straightforward. I needed an oil change, but a mechanical issue due to a dealership incident made it difficult. They explained to me clearly and concisely the issue and helped me break down the problem and solution. All without charge. I can’t say enough positive things about this location. I will most certainly return for future visits

I Came in for an oil change. They got me in immediately, let me know about something’s that were needed, but weren’t pushy about anything. They let me know my tires were worn and recommended a place to go.

Doug and the rest of the guys are great. Quality service fast and I didn’t even have to get out of my car.

My husband and I came in for an oil top off and then the manager Doug told us we were lower than expected and said he would have to charge after 2 quarts but he didn’t feel comfortable with us leaving with our oil that low so he gave us 4 quarts with no charge! Shoutout Doug!

I went here on a Tuesday around 11am and got right in and was out in less than 10 minutes. The service was excellent. My only complaint is that I feel the price for an oil change, even after a coupon, is so high and now they even charged me for adding coolant, which is something they used to just add for nothing as part of the oil change. I'm very price-conscious, so I don't think their price is any different from any other chain oil change place, but it's about $30 higher than from my neighborhood auto repair place that I would normally go to if they weren't backed up and couldn't make an appointment. I do like that I could get right in and don't need an appointment or leave my car for the day, so that's worth paying extra for. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location for many decades and they've always done a nice job and have great customer service. It's not a pretty place, but I like that they let you stay in the vehicle now and the process is much faster than it used to be. By the time they are done with the oil change, you've already finished the payment and are ready to leave. I've been going here for so long that I remember they used to give you a car wash and vacuumed out your car while doing the oil change. Miss those days. Make sure you always get a coupon online before going, because that is already built into the price, so take advantage of it. This is something I've always told my kids and now that they are adults, they never forget to get a coupon, and the one who lives close now brings her cars to this same Jiffy Lube.

Rabbit helped me today along with Kyle, I entered the bay and was greeted and also informed on information I hadn’t been previously aware of. It was helpful. I appreciated it. They got under my hood let me know what I needed and told me they’ll see me next time!!!?? it’s my bday today so I didn’t have a lot to spend but it’ll get me through the week. Thanks guys !!!!

My regular JL is closed due to COVID-19. My oil light flashed a few times this month (Subaru) and it stayed on yesterday for a while. I was right at my routine oil change time. I really appreciate the in-car service and the super friendly staff that worked on my car. They were so respectful of distancing but still engaged with friendliness and professionalism. I was in and out FAST and very, very, impressed by these guys.
