These guys were fantastic. The staff there were so respectful and respectable. From their kindness to their professionalism to just how they handled me as a customer. It's the little things too, they look you in the eye, firm handshakes, and hold the door for you. Jiffy Lube in Columbia is a class act, and they well earned my repeat business.

I had my transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. Previously I visited them and the advisor with his skills and knowledge, didn’t recommend a transmission fluid change on my previous car. They are all amazing and professional. They are friendly and they make you car as well as your day with their friendly attitude and behavior.

Andrue was very polite and through in explaining different options. Team was all very friendly, fast and efficient while completing the oil and filter changes

Andrue was informative of my vehicle’s needs and made suggestions for what I need to look for in the near future. His personable and witty attitude made a routine oil change not so drab. Had signiture service done at Worley location after being turned away at Nifong location for the second time this week! Worley five stars, great people. Nifong said " it's gonna be a long wait" with only one car ahead of mine, and today said "our pump is broken so we can't do anything"
