The entire staff here is friendly and I felt like they took me and my problems seriously. I'm giving them a 4 star because I had to wait longer than initially thought for an air filter to be brought from another store; however, they apologized for the delay. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The staff were professional, kind and respectful.

I drove my daughters car up on a Saturday morning with a check engine light on, and the car shaking in low gears. She was heading down the highway later that day, and i knew it had to get fixed. They got us right in. Diagnosed the problem (fried plug wires). Fixed it and then gave us a student discount. In and out in 2 hours. My daughter thought I was her hero, but jiffy lube did it all. Thanks for making me look good and keeping my daughter safe on the interstate.

I needed a safety inspection TODAY. My regular place said August 3. I went Jiffy Lube and I was out in an hour. They replaced a brake light and turned off a low tire pressure light.

These guys were fantastic. The staff there were so respectful and respectable. From their kindness to their professionalism to just how they handled me as a customer. It's the little things too, they look you in the eye, firm handshakes, and hold the door for you. Jiffy Lube in Columbia is a class act, and they well earned my repeat business.

I had my transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. Previously I visited them and the advisor with his skills and knowledge, didn’t recommend a transmission fluid change on my previous car. They are all amazing and professional. They are friendly and they make you car as well as your day with their friendly attitude and behavior.
