These guys were great! Got me in and out quickly. Didn't feel pressured into buying a bunch of upgrades. They gave me my options and when I didn't buy the recommended item, they let it go. Didn't make me feel like my car was gonna stop running bc I didn't get the upgrades! Would highly recommend jiffy lube on N. Providence!!

Really friendly and fast. My oil change was going to cost a bit more because of the type of vehicle I have, and they told me about it upfront. I appreciated that.

At this location, it’s Service with the SMILE! If you have questions they’ve got answers. Today was my second time coming to this location and just as first… waiting area was clean/peaceful. I was in and out within about 30 minutes, which is always a good thing!

Came in for an oil change and James was quick to let me know about corrosion on my battery terminal. We went ahead and got the battery change and he helped make it a quick and stress free process really appreciate all of James help

10/10 experience! The waiting area was clean and I didn’t wait long before being greeted. The staff were kind and transparent, no pressure to add any services. Even with other people in front of me I waited no longer than 40 minutes and they even topped off my fluids. This location also gives student discounts which is helpful. Overall, loved my experience here and would go back again.

I initially planned to visit my usual location on Worley Street, but unfortunately, it was too crowded. So, I decided to try this new place instead. I managed to get in and out in about 20 to 25 minutes. To my surprise, they even added an extra quart of oil to my 5-quart container that I had brought in for $10.

Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly to me and were very prompt. I highly recommend them!
