Never had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. Ended up here after the midtown location quoted me a 2 hr wait. Drive up north a bit further than I thought I would need to, but upon pulling in there was no line, and I was met immediately by the serviceman. He was very efficient and educated me on the type of oil my late mileage Camry needed (I of course followed up with a google search and low and behold, the engine cap is wrong based up the updated Toyota recommendations). He saved my granny Camry from possible damage and it was so fast. I can change my own oil, but after the knowledgeable and efficient service I received, I’ll definitely be driving the 20 mins and trusting this guy with my Camry for the rest of her life.

Mason, Aubrey, and Sebastian were excellent employees and made sure to explain things so I could understand them. They were very efficient and kind to me (I do not have excessive car knowledge). I also had a great conversation with their GM about vehicles and how to better care for my vehicle!
