The people working there came through when other places was closed

The staff were great, they were quick and efficient.

When I was directed to the stadium location from the Jiffy Lube on Dix Because they had functioning lifts for the car, I was expecting a quick and easy oil change tire rotation. What I had was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at an auto mechanic, Especially as a first time, customer from out of town. The staff was quick, kind, and explained everything that they were doing, without trying to upsell me on anything. And I noticed that everyone else who came by was a longtime customer, which speaks volumes for the quality of service. I will be going back to them for all of my automotive repair needs in Jeff City, and whatever that store is doing other automotive places need to do the same.

Great service even though there were only 2 staff available to work.

They are blessings at this location, they have awesome customer service. They are patient and get the job done.

I went in for an oil change and the tech pointed out that I was due for some other services. He explained cost and if I could wait on it or not. A homeless man wandered in and that same tech got him to leave and cleaned up the area. They were personable, informative, and quick.

In and out, fast and friendly, reasonably priced. They were even short staffed, only three workers and they still had me in and out in about 15 minutes @ the Jiffy Lube on Stadium, Jefferson City. I've never had an issue and have gone to that location for years & will continue to do so! 10/10 recommend ??????

There were only two young men working at the time I came in. There was another costumer ahead of me. The young man I believe PJ was his name was so pleasant helpful and did not seem overwhelmed even though he probably was as more customers showed up while I was there. They were fast efficient and very helpful.

Awesome set of workers They got me in and got me out didn't give me a million things that was wrong with my car and didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of other items. Just awesome.
