The staff are wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and careful with you vehicle.

My car overheated and I took it to see if it just needed antifreeze. It was nothing the guys there could remedy.....needed A water pump. The guys there were extremely nice and efficient. The tall guy was very polite. He opened my car door for me to get on. I will go back for oil change and recommend to others

Went in for an oil change, it went smooth and quick. The employees were nice and thorough about the work. The only thing is they forgot to put a sticker in the window and check and air up tires, according to my receipt they said they checked it but I watched them and they didn't. Plus when they were filling up the windshield wiper fluid it started leaking, they tried to tell me that I needed to get that fix which i told them that there is an over flow and that you over filled it.

After a frustrating communication mistake or possibly a convenient lie by a recent new employee (to whom I gave my assertive complaint about his inaccuracy), the regular team made it right and completed the inspection and service with perfect harmony, accuracy, and professionalism.

Yes, I marked that I trusted the service advisors suggestions but the price of what I was saying yes to was not disclosed until time of check out. I was mortifide when I saw what I was charged to replace my Cabin Air Filter ($64.99). The Cabin Air Filter is a $10 part, give or take, and to put it in took 2 minutes because I watched Crystal install it. Even if it had to be brought to the location by a 3rd party that should be what, maybe a $10 charge? So $10 for the filter, $10 for delivery and let's say $10 for a 2 minute install. So $30 seems resonable and fair but $64.99 is mark up and dishonest business practice at its best! I had the Air Filter replaced as well which falls into the same catagories mentioned above as far as price for the filter and time to install it, which again I watched Crystal install taking all of about 2 minutes if that. Funny thing is that I was only charged $29.99 for that one which again is within reason. I have already bought (2) replacement Cabin Filters and (2) replacement Air Filters from Amazon for next year when they need to be changed and I already watched the video on utube and will do it myself from now on. Oh, by the way those (4) filters cost me a total of $28.04 and the were premium PUR filters. I have no one to blame but myself and yes I have beat myself up throughly since I left Jiffy Lube at 611 Dix Road Jefferson City, MO because I hate to overspend for an item and service and I especially hate when I feel violated and taken advantage of. Next year I will replace the filters myself and go somewhere else to have my oil changed. I DO NOT TRUST dishonest businesses. My fault but lessons learned for sure! Do Better Jiffy Lube!
