Very friendly, respectful, and helpful employees. I’ve been to Jiffy lube in other states, but the Joplin Missouri service center is top in my families opinion. I don’t work for Jiffy Lube so this is an honest review not a fake one. During my service, I overheard an employee telling newer employees how important their job is. He was explaining to them that it’s their responsibility to give excellent service to help maintain the customers vehicle for top performance. For a lot of customers a vehicle is the second, most expensive item a customer buys, and it’s the technicians responsibility to help keep that vehicle running smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism, and will be returning for all of the services they perform. Great job people!

Came into this super clean and friendly staff Jiffy in a rented moterhome. The owner worked with us and the rental company and they got the job done with no $ out of our pocket. Hip hip hooray. We were back on the road in no time. Thanks to all who helped. What a team :)

I’ve been a customer of Jiffy Lube for quite a while now. No matter what location I go to all of the people are kind and professional. This particular location is above and beyond. Stop in, Keith will take great care of you. You can’t find customer service like his often.

Excellent service! Got me fixed up quick. I quoted competitors and they cost was the same but their competitors said I had to wait a week! Jiffy Lube got me back on the road the same day.

Sundays are $30 off in Joplin as of now so that's a plus!! The service manager Travis was ACES!! So gentlemanly, professional and kind. Not once did I feel pressured to do anything that didn’t absolutely need to be done. I had an amazing experience. This was my first visit and I plan on going back for my next service as well.

Really the best service experience ive been to Keith, Cameron, and Dale were so helpful understanding and had exceptional customer service. Being from out of state i didn't know what to expect, but couldn't ask for a better service team. If you need any services this is the place. Great pricing. Overall outstanding experience!!!!!

Cameron was the one who helped me out today and he did an absolute amazing job! He walked me thru all the prices and gave me the good news instead of trying to upsell first and putting my walls up! He was so sweet absolutely recommend jiffy lube. I got an oil change and it was quick got my tires checked and my windshield washed! I even got sent a coupon for an oil change on a email and saved money!

Went with my fiancé (who is a mechanical engineer and knows nothing about the fundamentals of a car) to get her oil changed at this location. Keith took care of us and made it the best Jiffy Lube experience we’ve ever had. He was funny, kind and slowly and politely walked my fiancé through the maintenance needed on her vehicle. If you are anywhere near south west Missouri this is the place to have your vehicle serviced! Also Keith has a hidden bag of Jolly Ranchers for the customers - just ask for one and he will kindly oblige.
