The group were really helpful and great. They corrected a mistake from another location and didn't make me jump through a bunch of hoops. It's the only place I go to for any of my vehicles.

We stopped by to get a headlamp replaced on my son's Camry. The technician was able to do a quick evaluation and replace the headlamp in a few minutes. He also helped my son fix one of his wiper blades, which was very helpful on a rainy day.

Great Service, Quick and Friendly. Only 4 stars because air compressor was down and couldn’t fill my tires.

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for a good while. And the location off Hwy 150/Martin City, MO, has always treated me well. I love the fact that they make recommendations but are not overly pushy on the extra services beyond what you came in for. I want to personally thank Matthew, Charlie, and Dejuan, your kindness and professionalism is why I continue to keep coming back!

Had a great experience getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly with no pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. They took great care of my vehicle and explained everything clearly. Easily one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

I've been to that particular Jiffy Lube maybe 4 times now and everyone is always extremely polite and professional. Quick too!

As I got there I was acknowledge right away , their was two cars ahead of me and I was treated like VIP they kept me informed and told me what they were doing as they were working on what my needs were. Friendly and had smiles on their faces. Was not disrespectful and they held up to their policies. Recommend this place ! Well customer service.
