The guy has a 100% completion rate (i.e., Consistency, Efficiency and Competency) with me. Plus, his positive energy creates an atmosphere of Welcome to Jiffy Lube! Indeed, his presence is beyond the cost of service. Thanks John and team!

It was excellent

Super fast service! Was in and out for an oil change faster than ever before. I noticed they added soda and snack machines in the waiting area since my last visit, but who has time for that when they get the oil change done so fast?

John went out of his way to talk to me about my vehicle. He was both knowledgeable and professional. I will be a regular customer.
