OT provided fantastic service. I arrived just prior to close, not realizing they closed at 6:00. I offered to come back another day and he wasn't having it. He eagerly changed my oil and air filter with a positive attitude and smile. Will definitely be back! T Thank you OT!!

Blown away by the service, transparency, and kindness at this Jiffy Lube. OT (the General Manager) was literally the epitome of exceptionally excellent Customer Service. Positives: How he clearly communicated what I needed and didnt need yet; potential housekeeping items to do for my vehicle that Jiffy Lube doesn’t personally do; how he interacted with my kids in a positive way; and how he made us feel welcomed and cared for. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an oil change. I don’t say that lightly.
