Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 518 S MAIN ST, O FALLON, MO, 63366-2537

Very friendly thorough service!

excellent service

Amazing service by all! Polite, friendly and considerate. Overall the most polite people I’ve crossed in a will!

Q, Daniel and Darius were great. In and out easily as always!

OT and Darius worked on my car for an oil change today (lowkey put off alot of fluid stuff ??) but they were fantastic, such great energies and probably made this my favorite location to go. Also they were the first to show me the options of oil change and ive been going to jiffy lube for a few years now but have never been given the options that I remember and it was really helpful today

Very thorough and helpful

I’m at store 1574 in O’fallon, Mo. Noah took care of me today. All of your techs were very nice and accommodating today. Oil change, fluid top off, air filter replaced. Didn’t take much time at all.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by OT and Daniel. They were wonderful, and the service was quick, and easy! I also appreciated the in depth and comprehensive explanation of what was being done by OT, as someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it really helped. Thanks for the great service, guys!

OT and his team were phenomenal! I had a poor experience at a valvoline, and OT and his team were kind, efficient, and thorough at resolving my vehicle’s issues. They cleaned out my air cabin and replaced an air filter that valvoline had unfortunately damaged. I will absolutely come back here!
