Allan the manager at the Jiffy Lube in olivette, Missouri was outstanding. We got an oil change, left the station, and in 3 hours the engine light had come on and it was making a weird noise. Allan had already left for the day, the station provided us with his personal number and we called him. He came back up to the store and performed a diagnostic check on the vehicle. He gave us peace of mind that everything went well. His service is appreciated.

Quick and painless AC recharge. Got the information. They open the door to get me out. They open the door to the lounge. Allow me to relax while they got the hard work over with and in this hot weather. And all they asked for is a payment and a review of their services.

I was trying to change my low headlight on my own, but couldn’t figure it out. I went to Jiffy Lube and was helped by Herb. It took him 30 seconds to tell me I was trying to change my high beam instead of my low headlight. Then, it took him 1 minute to correctly install my low headlight. It took him less then 3 minutes what it took me over to not be able to figure out. Herb is wonderful and he will have a customer for life!! Five stars all the way !! ??????????
