Needed 2 tires patched. Also needed an oil change but didnt think about getting one when I got there. Moment I got there they met me outside and helped me right away. I ended up getting an oil change and my tires done. They were very professional very kind and worked in a timely manner. The workers worked in sync with each other very well and was able to get my stuff done pretty quick. Exceptional team. Very happy with my experience. Definitely will be going back.

Very polite and very professional

Sarah is very attentive to detail and absolutely helped me out. I have a long drive to St. Louis on Friday, and she made sure my oil change went seamlessly and quickly! She also inspected the rest of my car and let me know what my car will need soon, so I can prepare to handle it. I'll come back to let these people do the work, because Sarah fostered a very high level of trust as far as I'm concerned. Thank you!!

Absolutely wow! If you need anything at all, this is the place to give your hard earned money to. Sarah was the star of the show, give that woman a raise! Everyone was so friendly, talkative, and most importantly, polite with a smile. Normally I do my own maintenance but I’ll probably never do it again. I’m sold. If you don’t believe me, go see for yourself. Give em a shot.

Have always used Express Lube because they have always been here & do a great job but I needed my oil changed pronto as it wasn't saying change soon,it was saying oil change REQUIRED! My son needed my car tomorrow to take his other half to Columbia to the doctor soooo Express was closed & luckily Jiffy Lube was open,yea! They were very professional, courteous & explained everything & got me in & out in a very reasonable time.Thank you !

When you can tell people care it makes all the difference. Services amazing, they are thorough and go thru check points together. Then discuss all fluid levels, and everything they checked, over with you. Offered wind shield wipers for free like whaat. Seriously great experience and worth every penny cause it was way more than just an oil change.

I went to Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and had the best experience. Right from the start I was greeted professionally, I explained I had a Fleet vehicle and the young man was like “no problem, we’ve got this”. And boy did they! Usually the approval process from my fleet company takes time, but the manager knew exactly what to do and got almost instant approval. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes, and they even rotated my tires too! I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. Well done to all!

Couldn't possibly be happier with the service I received from this Jiffy Lube. Friendly staff who were extremely knowledgeable. My absolute favorite part was that nobody tried to get me to buy a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I will 100% be a regular customer.

Manager and employees went out of their way to ensure my vehicle had the correct parts. Supplier sent the wrong guy ones twice and they caught it both times. The Manager finally drove down on his own to get the correct parts.

I went to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and was really impressed. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. They checked a few extra things like tire pressure and fluids, which I appreciated—no long wait. Highly recommend!

Great experience at the shop the online ordering system is crap corporate needs to fix that showed up for my appt. And everybody seemed shocked I was there, manager said it's very frustrating that could have had 5 cars that drove in ahead of me and wouldn't matter if I had an appt, I would of had to wait, big companies should have there systems working or don't take appts online!!
