The only thing I had complain about is the price but that's not really their fault the prices are high everywhere. Very professional people!

Technicians were great to work with! My car takes special oil so it was kind of a pain finding more available at one of the local auto parts stores but they successfully found some and got the job done! When I got home I was telling my husband and he was impressed and thankful they knew to only put that oil in my vehicle to prevent engine problems!

Had a great time getting my oil changed. That manager Sara sure is cute!

Love, love, love Joseph and the service at this Jiffy Lube! My elderly father was bringing me to Rolla when his engine and oil lights came on. We came to Jiffy Lube as they were closing. It turned out he didn't need oil, but Joseph and workers Adam and Ryan figured out the problem and took care of it, free of charge. They could have just as easily convinced us we needed a costly repair, but they were honest. My dad was able to get back on the road to St. Louis safely. I am grateful for these angels for keeping my dad safe in our time of need. THIS Jiffy Lube is the place to bring your car for good and honest service!

We needed a transmission flush and oil change and tire rotation and they were eager to accommodate us! I was able to get in on the same day! We dropped off my car at 11:50 and it was ready at 2:30 p.m. All of the employees were very nice and friendly!

Friendly staff, comfortable waiting area

I usually go to Valvoline for my oil changes but they were closed on the sunday afternoon that i went and i was way past due so Jiffy Lube was my only choice in the area. We had to wait about 15min to get into the bay to start the oil change, which wasnt awful. Pretty much expected that. The part that blew me away was the cost - almost $150 for 7quart oil change for my Telluride. ???? Talk about a shock when Valvoline usually does my oil changes for $80-$90. The crew was super nice and helpful though and got it done quickly.

Nice place! Full Syn. Oil changes are on the high side pricewise. But they use quality lubricants and filters! Very clean shop! Guys have a good attitude and that's important! Will return and recommend!
