I went for a vehicle inspection and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I pulled up and they got me right in. They were thorough, informative and professional. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Great job!

They got us right in and finished our oil change in about 20 minutes. Customer service was great!

I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was super quick, efficient, and friendly! Not only did he change my oil, but put air in my tire that was “10lbs too light”… didn’t know what that meant (ha!), but I left feeling taken care of!! ??

Mr Andrew was great!! I was able to get in for a quick oil change. They let me come into the air conditioning to wait while they changed my oil. They even pulled my car around for me afterwards.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the shop, the professionalism of the staff, and the positive attitude of every employee I encountered. During the service, I had the opportunity to meet two of the service technicians as well as the manager. They took the time to discuss every aspect of my vehicle’s service with me and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was completely accommodated throughout the entire process. Having recently moved from out of state, I was especially impressed that my previous service information was already available in their computer system. I was kept informed throughout every stage of the service and was able to see firsthand the care and attention given to my vehicle. The manager even explained their double-check system, which is designed to ensure that every aspect of the service is completed correctly before the vehicle leaves the shop. That extra level of attention gave me tremendous confidence in their work. My expectations were not only met—they were completely exceeded by the team’s competence, professionalism, communication, and technical skill. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Rolla to my friends, family, and anyone looking for dependable and professional vehicle service. Was in and out for an oil change very quickly. Everyone there was nice and helpful.

The employees at Jiffy Lube were kind and professional in the taking care of my car and any concerns I may have had. Not only that but letting me know about other issues to my car car that may need attention to now or in the coming future without giving me a bunch of bullshit telling me I need to do this or that when I know there is no problem with that only trying to put money in their pocket. Adam O and Neal W were awesome! Came in with a stripped and stuck bolt and they came to the rescue to get my vehicle all serviced and back on the road very quickly. I definitely would come back!

Great people and managers fast and reliable

We use Jiffy Lube because their hours suit us, their speed makes them convenient (even if I have kids in the car with me), and they do great quality work!

I would like to start out by saying, Connor, Adam, and Shay, did a tremendous working on my Nissan 350z. They not only were very customer service like, but also made sure my car was in tip top shape by the end of all they did. I 100% recommend going to this store because they are fast, efficient, and all have great attitudes. I had no doubt one time that they didn’t know what they were doing and they made sure to keep me posted and updated on what was going on. I’m having them replace my water pump and do my coolant. Again i 100% recommend they guys, they know what they are doing and are super nice unlike other mechanic shops. Thanks JIFFYLUBE. ????

Jiffy lube is a always amazing ever since I stopped going to Walmart Jiffylube has been taken care of my car a lot better and tell me about any issue even if minor to my attention. Friendly employees, amazing job dome. Will come again?

The personalities are awesome, very pleasant and receives you like they care you chose them to give your business too. Checked car over carefully and very thorough with suggestions your car needs at certain mileage suggestions. Fixed issues right then instead of well you’ll have to come back. Very satisfied. I will switch from the other place. I will be back.
