Amazing service with great communication skills!

Do visit guys. They gentle, Fast and really helpful. I have been changing oil and doing all the stuffs since last years. My car runs perfect and smooth. They changed my headlights bulb with no any charges and no matter how much difficult it was to open the whole headlights. Do visit guys and have your concern’s. Loved their team ??

Went in for an oil change and I have nothing but great things to say! Ken advised us in multiple areas having to do with our vehicle health and provided us with a very agreeable price. The service was friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend.

The mechanics at the Shrewsbury Jiffy Lube location are the best. The second the bell rings when I pull in, there is someone out there to greet me and understand my vehicles needs. The entire service I stay in the car which is awesome. While they work, I stay in the comfort of my car. All the way through payment and pull out. Shout out to JB and Ken. Always have nice and , funny conversation. Good guys.

Top tier service at the Shrewsbury Jiffy Lube with Jordan, Roy and JB. Right before the big snowstorm hit, I was in and out quickly for an oil change, cabin air filter replacement and new wipers. They were all professional and courteous, no high pressure sales but let me know a couple maintenance services to keep in mind in the coming months. Highly recommend!

The team did an excellent job today changing my oil and oil filter, checking all the other fluids, checking all of the lights on my car, checking the tire pressure, checking my battery, and cleaning my front windshield. This was all done in about 15 to 20 minutes. Good job and keep up the good work! Take care

I’m glad I chosen this shop for my oil change, everyone looked and was very professional and respectful also well mannered with all their call outs and explaining what I did and did not need at the moment and what needs to be changed on my next service, all fluids were topped off an tires set to the correct psi, oil light was reset with new sticker in the window, price was very fair for the service that I received! I’m very happy to say they made a guest for life! I would highly recommend the jiffy lube in Shrewsberry! Thank you to JB, Frank and the rest of the jiffy team, see you on my next service date!

I have been to this location (#1067 Watson Rd Shrewsbury, MO) a handful of times for multiple cars and after each visit I feel confident in my decision to bring our cars here. They explain what I need and what I do NOT need. They will show my me clean air filter rather than just recommending a new one for an easy quick sale. Jonathon H. (JB) and Christian E. (Chris) got me in and out and gave me peace of mind for a couple road trips I have coming up. Thank you both and see you in 5000 miles!

I want to thank the great service from the 3 guys working at 7210 watson rd. Its 100 degrees with 105 heat index and they were thorough, nice, and very welcoming. Its easy at the end of a hot friday to slack but these 3 were great. Thank you!!
