Great experience at Jiffy Lube off of Kansas Expressway and Republic road! Archie took great care of my Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. He also discovered a cross-threaded wheel stud and was able to get it replaced quickly for me. Friendly, professional, and great service. I really appreciate Archie going the extra mile!

Archie at the counter, was phenomenal. Job was done in less than 10 minutes! Would highly recommend! He went over with me possible services that I would need down the road, and gave me a quote on tires. Very thorough.

I was treated so well at this Jiffy Lube!! Everyone was very kind. They checked and changed my engine and cabin filters (it was MUCH needed and I didn’t know) and they ran a complimentary scope to check for mice in my engine because I’ve had a problem with them recently! Great customer service and car maintenance.

The mechanics took my car in with 10 mins left in their shift. I felt soo bad but they insisted it was no issue. Fastest oil change i have ever seen, and the prices was slightly better then valvoline.

The staff at the Springfield Missouri location were awesome. I felt the nearly $400 price was too high for an oil change and spark plugs. However, I'd recommend Jiffy Lube.

Just had my oil changed in my 2025 RAM 2500 Cummins. The guys were all very polite and very attentive. They didn’t have my particular oil filter in stock but had the parts store bring it over immediately. Super fast service. Highly recommend.

Front desk young man was gracious & helpful

I got an oil change and tire rotation. The technician showed me the filters in the car and explained that they were good to go. They then checked my fluids and told me the brake fluid would need to be changed at some point due to contamination. He explained what that affected and advised me that it wasn’t a pressing need. He also told me that I would need a transmission service in the future.

We arrived 25 minutes before they closed and they still took our car for an oil change. They were done in 8 minutes and gave us an estimate for new tires. WOW. Quick, very professional, and very nice. Will be back again soon
