Used the Jiffy Lube location on S. Kansas Expwy for tire repair/replacement, and Aaron was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick with the service requested.

Service was great, but over priced

The staff at the Springfield Missouri location were awesome. I felt the nearly $400 price was too high for an oil change and spark plugs. However, I'd recommend Jiffy Lube.

Just had my oil changed in my 2025 RAM 2500 Cummins. The guys were all very polite and very attentive. They didn’t have my particular oil filter in stock but had the parts store bring it over immediately. Super fast service. Highly recommend.

I got an oil change and tire rotation. The technician showed me the filters in the car and explained that they were good to go. They then checked my fluids and told me the brake fluid would need to be changed at some point due to contamination. He explained what that affected and advised me that it wasn’t a pressing need. He also told me that I would need a transmission service in the future.

New to Missouri requirements for inspection, I first came to this Jiffy Lube location because it was close. I was very pleased with their kindness and thorough explanation of a fix necessary to pass inspection. I used them today for an oil change and cabin air filter. They were, in fact, “jiffy”, as well as kept the car clean. I recommend this location should you need car maintenance!

I stopped for lunch and heard my brakes growling. Stopped at Jiffy Lube for them to look at them and see what's going on. Front brake pads a rotors in about an hour. On a Sunday afternoon, mind you. Very pleased and was affordable. Vacation plans back on schedule.
