Today we came in for an oil change break fluid change and filter changes. The team is always so knowledgeable and they actually explain what they're doing and answer any question no matter how simple. They insisted that it was taking longer than expected to complete everything today but we felt like it was still way faster than we expected! Free is such a kind and fun tech that was even able to get us the best price for everything that was done today!

Had an issue with the work done at another Jiffy Lube location, came to the location on Delmar to have it checked. They fixed this issue and got me in and out. GREAT SERVICE and the manager was very professional and explained things well.

The crew at this location is friendly and attentive but the manger needs a reminder that making your crew uncomfortable can lead to mistakes there is a way to talk to other adults that are under your supervision without talking down to them. True to their word. I was in and out for an oil change and multi point inspection within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, their POS system was down but they accepted cash and helped me anyway. Great service

Mr. Herbert and Mr. Nijah was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't mind answering questions or giving recommendations about what was needed. Good service.

It was a little pricey compared to my regular mechanic but it was done quickly while I waited. The battery diagnostic test was helpful and timely in my case. It determined my battery was very low and I was able to purchase a new one before the extremely cold temperatures returned.
