After fixing a flat tire on my 1ton. I couldn’t not find any air pumps in town that could take a tire over 40PSI. Pulled into the Jiffy Lube, they immediately got my tire inflated to the correct PSI but they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They got me in got the oil changed. I don’t feel like they tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need. They did show me a pretty dirty air filter that needs to be cleaned, but unfortunately they didn’t have in stock. It’s my daughter‘s car so I’m gonna have to get her in and I know realistically that won’t happen. Maybe the next time I come around we can get it done.

My AC suddenly stopped working in my car I’ll stop by and the entire staff service was very helpful knowledgeable and even though I did not give them any business, they were still friendly and helpful and help me figure out why I needed to get done to my car I highly recommend if you’re in the Booneville area to use them

I love Jiffy Lube. I had problems with my tires yesterday trying to get new ones put on and they put it on for me. I used to go to them for a while, but then I stopped going but I’m glad I came the Young man named Wes was very polite

I had a wonderful experience today at Joffy Lune in Booneville! Wes provided rhe absolute best customer service and was VEEY HELPFUL inhoing over everything with me. He was honest and sincere..that means a lot. Way ro go, Wes!! I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Getting better!! Good service

Well I brought a 25 year old truck with issues in and I knew it. Some of the services offered, like a transmission flush, (which I took advantage of) I have asked for in the past and they said it wasn't a good idea. I think maybe they have stepped their game back up on service, because there was services offered to be done on my truck, like brake fluid change and flush, that has never been offered before, and I had then to do it. I went ahead and have right at $600 worth of service done. Now some of the things they said in my opinion didn't need done so I didn't have them do it, your prices on theses services are to expensive. Thanks

They are friendly and professional.. do a good job every time . Michael Martin is good at covering any things that might need attention or replacement.
