Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10928 Old Hwy 67, Diberville, MS, 39540

Service is great. Customer service is even better. We appreciate it.

They did a great job and I’m definitely using them again.

Quick & fast. The guys took great care over my SUV. I appreciate that !!

They were courteous, friendly, and timely.

Josh was a terrific greeter, explained everything start to finish. Brady was thorough and very nice to my dogs as he was going things he explained to me. Will was amazing, went through my car to see what needed done and anything extra, was expecting to be ripped off but was just the opposite. I will be back just because of the service! I found a new home.

Been here multiple times. Always great service

Great service!

Great customer service. Super nice crew. Very knowledgeable, and professional and thorough.

I went in for an oil change. I was very impressed with their service

The staff was friendly and informative.

Had an overall great experience. Inside is nice and with hospitable accommodations. Employees do a fantastic job of explaining what they are doing in detail. Just know that these guys have to make their sales, so they will upsell you on non-vital (but legitimate) add-on services/products. Be comfortable saying no if needed.

Helped with an oil change and diagnostic test to safely get me back to Louisiana! Thanks guys!!

Very professional and communicated well!

Fast and great service

Luke was super! Very positive experience.

They were very attentive to the cars in line, making sure everyone was fine and offered cold bottles of water to fend off the insane heat. When pulled in, they were efficient and friendly!

Luke was quick and extremely helpful. Very happy with the service

They did a great job and did it fast. Explained all pricing before doing service

Guys stayed late after closing to get me finished up! Thanks Will!

Great experience, Great people

Joshua and Luke did a great job changing my oil! Service is always quick and efficient

They take fuel man. There quick and easy. There sure nice to.

Excellent service!!!!

Very helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face. ??

This was my second trip to Jiffy Lube and both times I have had nothing but professional service. I can appreciate the fact that they let you know what needs to be handled and requires attention and the timing for it without the sales pressure. I have been to other places in the past that put you on the spot and make you feel like you have to do it now. I like these guys’ approach and this is why I keep going back. This time I did a couple of extra things other than my regular oil change. They are fair, friendly, and all around good guys. Keep up the exceptional work!

This was by far the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. My CVs joint housing exploded and grease was everywhere. Their crew all came over to see it with ?? faces abound. Their mechanic (I believe William) replaced the part and cleaned the grease off of everything. Standard price, no crazy uncharge. Very dedicated workers.

Very friendly and helpful. They fixed my serpentine belt and tensioner they did a great job. They are honest about everything too which is helpful when you dont know much about cars. I will be getting everything I can get done there.

In all my years of oil changes, in all my years of visiting quick oil change places, I just received the BEST service that I have ever experienced. From being greeted by Josh and receiving a thorough briefing to Luke, technician, explaining every step and offering advice, both pro and con, of every service option. Efficiency and professionalism was TOP NOTCH!!! We were made to feel welcome, were treated like guests, and thanked for our patronage. Please recognize each and everyone at this location because service at this level only comes through with proper training, caring, and dedication! Highly recommended!!!!

Great service never a bad attitude always a positive smile every in this terrible heat ??
