The employees and techs were very friendly and helpful they assisted us through the entire process made sure we understood everything that was happening offering us bottled water to keep cool in the sweltering heat the preformed the service quickly and with true efficiency Luke gave us his best hospitality and got us through the line and out with true speed I truly appreciate the service I received during my visit

Dville location. Makingy (Mackenzie) with a very unique spelling was super nice while getting all of our info. Answered all of our questions, while not getting annoyed in the hot sun. Running around doing a little bit of everything, working hard yet still smiling and being nice. Thankful!!! Oil change didn’t take long at all and everything went well Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube in D'Iberville! Luke, Zach, and Josh were all so friendly and professional. They communicated every issue and price clearly before doing any work, so there were never any surprises. They even offered water and coffee while we waited, which was such a nice touch. It's rare to find this level of honest, courteous service. We'll definitely be back — 5 stars all the way!

Everyone was so nice. Service tech let me know that others techs were giving me high performance oil for up to 10k miles but were setting my notification in my car to 3k. So I was getting oil changes more than I needed to. They changed my notification to the correct number. Thank y’all so much for saving me time and money in the future.
