When I arrived, we had an issue with my hood release which had broken, causing an issue getting my hood opened. Glen was super patient and extremely helpful as he investigated ways into opening my hood without damaging my truck. It took a few minutes but he successfully got it opened and it was only a matter of minutes my oil change was done. I appreciate your service and professionalism Glen. Thank you!

I usually go to Wal-Mart for my oil change. Since I was in the area today and in a rush, I stopped at the Olive Branch Jiffy Lube for a full synthetic oil change. The service was fast and crew was very professional. Glen noticed my worn wipers and suggested I replace them soon. I purchased the wipers and they were installed within minutes. With the great price and customer service, I have found a new place for my oil changes.

They really did a great job. $10 dollar coupon. Fixed a stripped oil pan bolt for free and replaced it, and really made sure my oil was where it was meant to be. The crew was kind, professional, and made sure it was done right. This was my experience.
