Great fast service! I need a tire put on a rim. Went to one place and was told it would be a hour wait so I drove to Jiffy Lube in Richland, MS. As soon as I parked my truck I was greeted by a worker that walked out to the parking lot to see what I was needing done. I told her. She called to one her techs and he came out and said it would take only a few minutes. He told me to back up to the bay door and he unloaded the rim and tire. Within around 10 minutes he had the tire mounted/ balanced and I was done.

Amazing service at Jiffy Lube in Richland! The team was very friendly, quick, and helpful from pull-in to finish. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything about my car, and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. I really appreciated that they took their time with me. Great people, great service—I’ll definitely be back!

Quickly Friendly Service

Had a really go experience with having my tires replaced. I came in with a vibration and got new tries for a reasonable price. Not too long of a wait either.

The young lady that greeted me was very polite & nice. I did not need an oil change at this particular time but I needed the shield removed from under my car because the ice cracked it. They removed it with no problem. Thanks so much

I couldn’t ask for much more. I did wait for a little bit, but they were all very nice and seemed happy to be working there. Everything appeared to be good quality, after all I’m glad I went.

This place has it going on. Organized and well run. I had a full synthetic oil change, air filter, and tire rotation. I love seeing so many women working in the shop. Everyone was happy and obviously really liked their jobs. I was traveling and they got me taken care of quickly.

Awesome crew! Very efficient while still keeping the workplace fun.
