All Staff was very friendly professional got me right in out in a timely matter

Maggie and Nate did an amazing job of helping me with my free oil change that is included in my maintenance plan. The west main location didn’t even want to scan my vin to get my free oil changed approved through car mart. Very glad I am at this cliff gookin location. Bottled water and nice warm welcome. Thanks again Maggie and Nate for helping me! You guys don’t know how much this helps my day! The determination to help me was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience with Noah at Jiffy Lube on Cliff Gookin. Service was quick and informative. Noah had no problem answering the many many questions that I had. I will definitely be back each time for my oil changes.

This Jiffy Lube (on Cliff Gookin) have the best staff ever!! On 1/8/26, Tim, Walter and Matt went over and beyond to assist, and was very patient in ensuring that my niece and I got the best service possible. I give the service provided and customer service a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this particular location!!!

OMG - I just had the oil changed in my 2017 F150. James was incredible!! Very thorough, professional and extremely friendly! He even helped me out with a coupon online! I will be back!! I highly recommend this location also the one on West Main across from WalMart.

I was able to get right in and out. I told them what I wanted them to do and they made a better recommendation for the type of car I had and applied a coupon to help with cost.

I was told that I would get a $12 coupon upon completion of the survey. All I got was one point.

The personnel at this location were awesome!! The technician who worked on my vehicle found a major issue that needed attention, explained everything thoroughly, and provided follow-up information to address the issue. The lady who checked me out, went through every service recommendation and explained the status of my vehicle on each one before taking my payment. I highly recommend this location; the employees really seem to care about their customers!

That was very nice and kind I practiced.

My headlights were so cloudy they were becoming unsafe at night. This location came through and the restoration truly was remarkable. I have no negative comments
