I have been going to the Jiffy Lube across from Walmart for several years. Now in several different vehicles, I have always had fast honest and well priced repairs in service. Every time I go. I'm Very happy with the all the Jiffy Lubes in the Billings area, as I have been to a couple of them over the years, I recommend Jiffy Lube the team's are efficient & courteous.

I brought my daughter's SUV, and explained that I knew nothing of it's history, but needed to drive 1,400 miles that day. I am wary of up-selling, so I really appreciated the advice I got on needed services. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and best of all, we had no issues driving almost 24 hours straight.

Quick quick quick service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes . Changed the oil and oil filter on my 7.3, topped my fluids and even vacuumed the floors and cleaned my windshield. Super friendly and professional staff.

Fast, friendly service. The lady at the counter broke down the cost of how much it would be for my brakes and for my oil change and was very acknowledge about the services we were in and out in 25 minutes very customer Centered will be returning!

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have a girl with glasses very short and extremely unwelcoming. Why is she the face of the company when she is rude and somewhat aggressive. Very sad if that’s the standard for Jiffy Lube. I won’t be returning to that location. She needs to learn basic decency. Greatly improved since my last experience

Great experience. We went on a Monday afternoon and were in and out in 15 minutes top for an oil change. The employee was kind, competent, and she wasn’t pushy with selling me things. They were efficient and helpful. I’ve been going to this location for almost three years, I trust them.

This Jiffy Lube was not very clean, but they had the oil filter our car required so "Yay!" for that. Location is awkward to get in and out of. Staff were great! I can certainly recommend ??
