I got my oil changed here, 10am on a Wednesday, and I bet I only waited 10-15 minutes for it to be finished! Everyone was very professional and nice! Will definitely be back

Been going to Jiffy Lube since they opened years ago. Always have had good service. In between times I have visited other shops and keep coming back to Jiffy Lube. It's the only place that does such a thorough check, tops-off the fluids, checks my tire pressure, checks my battery, cleans my window, resets all the settings and provides clear information about all the items checked. The gentlemen who do all the work are very pleasant with an easy check-in process, they communicated well, answered my questions, and SO IMPORTANTLY I didn't have to make an appointment three weeks out. I did not have to drop my car off for the whole day as I was in and out in 30 minutes. WOW. Excellent Service from my Jiffy Lube! Oh yeah, the store waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

The technicians at Jiffy Lube in Bozeman took care of the GMC 2500. I brought in for an oil change. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary items which was nice and I was in and out.

I would highly recommend this place, I normally go to walmart only because its the cheapest in town but the lines at walmart have been nuts. Jiffy lube gets you in and out quick. I have never waited more than 40 minutes for my truck to be serviced. This last time, I brought my dog with me and we went for a walk at Kirk park while my trucks oil was being changed. Great service and they always make sure to let you know when they see something that is an issues or could become an issue. I always appreciate that. They also take coupons when available! I us3d one last service amd got 0 bucks off. They have some of the best staff in town too. Its definitely in my top 10 for friendliest service in bozeman. I grew up here, and they keep the bozeman hospitality alive.

Quick and courteous service, gave exactly what I asked for.

I was able to get my oil changed within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and didn’t try to upsell me things that were not necessary. The lounge is a comfortable place to wait wow getting your car tuned up.

My go to in Bozeman. They are fast, affordable, friendly and communicate issues with the vehicle very appropriately. They did a couple small tweaks (such as replacing a bolt on my battery terminal) for free. Best of all, it’s nice and quick. Usually wouldn’t get too excited about a business of this sort but with the solid crew, friendly and professional service, speed and availability to show up and get you through in a half hour or less, it’s a bit of a slept on gem for what is usually a huge pain, especially in this Valley.

Jiffy Lube Bozeman – The NASCAR Pit Crew Your Overpriced Soccer Parent SUV Crossover Deserves! Listen, I’m not saying the crew at Jiffy Lube Bozeman is a group of wizards, but I’ve been there three times now and my car hasn't exploded once. In today’s economy, that’s basically a miracle. Here is the breakdown of why this is the only place in Gallatin County allowed to touch my oil: The Vibe: Everyone there is super friendly. Usually, when I go to a mechanic, I feel like I’m being judged for that "Check Engine" light that’s been on since 2022. Not here. They greet you like you’re a long-lost cousin coming home for Sunday dinner, except instead of a casserole, they give you a fresh filter and peace of mind. The Price: They are reasonably priced, which is a polite way of saying they won't charge you a literal arm and a leg. In today's market, I usually have to choose between an oil change and eating for a week. At Jiffy Lube, I can actually do both. It’s a bold lifestyle choice, I know. The Consistency: They do a great job time after time. It’s the same high-quality service every single visit. It’s like the Groundhog Day of oil changes, but without the existential dread and with more 5-W30. The Speed: I’m convinced they’ve hired a team of caffeinated ninjas. I barely had time to sit down and contemplate my life choices before they were handing me my keys back. I didn't even have enough time to answer another bizarre question from my weird uncle. They move so fast I’m pretty sure they could change the oil on a moving vehicle if they really tried. Bottom Line: If you want your car to feel like it just had a spa day without your bank account filing for divorce, go see these folks. 10/10, would watch them drain sludge from my vehicle again.

By far the best Jiffy Lube Ive been to. They were kind and not overloading me with information and got everything I needed done with heart and quickness.

Great place to go for your odds n’ sods car maintenance. Was headed out of town on a long road trip and stopped in for oil change. Friendly staff (which I appreciate as don’t always get that from other garages). Fast and efficient (shout out to Daniel and Justin who did the work…you guys rock). Price reasonable for this area (Bozeman can be a lil’ pricey in general). Overall…great customer service, fast and efficient work, car ran great after oil change and a couple other minor things that they suggested. Happy car…happy customer!

My visit on Saturday morning for an oil change was great. Professional staff who worked hard to move the vehicles through in a timely manner. Congenial conversation at check out. Overall great experience.

I used to come here almost 2 decades ago and stopped going because every time I went, something was wrong and I ended up having to go back to get things fixed. I decided on a whim recently to try them again knowing they’ve had new ownership. The experience was exceptional! The gentleman who greeted me (Joe) was very pleasant. He got my details and asked what I was looking for specifically. They noticed my air filter was very dirty and brought it in for me to look at it. There were no hard sales, just “Would you like us to replace it or leave it on?” The car was done very quickly and out the door I went. I’ll definitely be going back if this kind of service continues.

Refreshingly positive experience. It was on my way, and my light was on, so an impulsive stop. The person arranging the service was professional and thorough. I waited in my vehicle, and observed the checks and second checks of the process, so I’m convinced they missed nothing. Checked all lights, signals, and even the wipers. Nothing is inexpensive these days, but I left with the feeling I got my money’s worth. Hats all I could have asked for.

Valerie was excellent with her customer service and Eric is a great person and worker Jake was good too and the rest of the staff was great. I love my first ?? experience with jiffy lube. I will definitely go back for service. My rating is 10 stars but Google only gives me and everyone a 5 star ?? rating lol
