Stopped in the Brooks St location in Missoula with my father. They were patient and professional and went above and beyond helping us with a full oil change and battery swap. Highly recommended!

I needed an oil change and tire rotation and stopped by while passing through town. They were able to get me in right away and everyone was really kind and professional! They did a good job on my car as well! They also showed me the air filters and other aspects of the car and were honest and said they didn't need any maintenance and suggested when the next maintenance will be needed. I was in and out within 20 minutes or so. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but for the services and speed it can be worth it.

Got there at a busy time. Didn't have to wait long. Was in and out in under a hour. Service was great. Staff was friendly.

We stopped in while on vacation from Minnesota. We were back on the road in no time. Very quick service. Nice atmosphere while waiting. I appreciate this kind of service.

Very helpful employees. Could use clearer directions how to pull in your vehicle without impeding traffic or getting stuck on Brooks side of parking lot.

Quick, easy, efficient

I was pleasantly surprised. Staff is very friendly, work was done perfectly. I felt that they truly cared and wanted the best for my car. Was treated professionally and treated like a friend.....not like a cash register.

10/10 customer service, got my air filter replaced, oil changed and vacuumed the car with a very reasonable timeframe, if you need car services these are the guys to go to.

Great service! Everyone was very nice and efficient.

They were very friendly and kind , the young man in front opened my door and explained everything to me from start to finish before doing anything. And they were very affordable. They were thorough in everything pertaining to my jeep.

Jiffy Lube On Brooks did a fine job for me. It was quick, professional and they give you choices if something else needs to be done.

I got right in and they had my oil changed in less than 30 minutes. The staff was polite and worked efficiently. I have been a customer for over 20 years.

On a cross country road trip and needed an oil change. They were quick, in and out in about 20 min. Checked all the fluids. Service representative was friendly and thorough. We even found a coupon on line which made it very reasonably priced.

These guys were fantastic. They helped me head off a 0roblem with my air filters that I didn't even know was there. They were very fast and super nice. Will use them again.

Bishop and his team are so friendly and trustworthy, I never feel like I’m getting upcharged or suggested any unnecessary service. The honesty and professionalism at this location really make me feel safe trusting them with my car. There’s no where else in town I would go, best service in Missoula!

I have been taking my truck here for a while for oil changes. Have always had a great experience, recommendations have never felt pushy. I usually have my toddler in tow with me, and the staff are always welcoming. It’s also nice to have the fairground across the street to walk while we wait!

Had a great experience getting my oil changed here. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Also were not pushy about buying new air filter which I liked so I bought it lol I’ll be back for my next oil change!

Went here because I needed an oil change. Took a little longer than I had expected to get the actual oil change, but I got $15 off as part of their early bird special. Totally worth it.

Best experience I’ve had with an oil change. I didn’t feel pressured to add any extras although I did add wiper blades lol. Very fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Quick and quality

Checked tire pressure and topped up fluids. I was back on the road in a jiffy! Great place, knowledgeable, friendly, centrally located in missoula.
