They were friendly to the point and very fast

In and out with confidence! I was immediately greeted, swiftly brought inside and was shown the accommodations first thing. They quoted me before service began and kept me updated all along the way. I received a thorough overview when services were complete and a breakdown of the charges. They had lots of discounts available and the staff were incredibly friendly!

Techs greeted us right away. Marvin, made sure to take us in the waiting area, explained where everything was to make our wait comfortable and throughly explained costs and recommendations. We were in and our quickly.

Fast, professional and friendly service. Price is slightly higher, than average, but it totally worth it. They not only change oil or do basic service, but also rather thoroughly inspect the car and give their thoughts. No pressure, just information and recommendations. I'd highly recommend it.

Fast, friendly excellent!

I was greeted by an employee as soon as I pulled up. He was courteous, and professional. They told me the recommendations for my vehicle, and explained what each item was, before I accepted, or declined the offer. I was only in the shop for maybe 20 minutes, if that. Highly recommend this location.

The people are always nice, polite and professional. The mechanics are always on the ball and excellent at every step of their maintenance. I always go to the same location by Costco because I trust their team to do a good job and keep me informed about what's up with my car.

We had s great experience and it took around 20 minutes and we were on our way. They gave us alot of real good info of the over all car.

We came into town and was having transmission issues. My brother took us here to see if we could have transmission fluid drained and replace. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. We got in and out in less than half an hour.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were quick and efficient with my oil change, had a nice air conditioned lobby to wait in, magazines, news on the TV, and even offer refreshments and old-school quarter candy machines. They even vacuumed the floors and washed the windows, inspected the system, and reset the oil monitoring.

Very kind staff and they were fast. I did have to come back to the store because they didn’t put my glove compartment back in correctly. It wouldn’t close.

The people who work at the Jiffy Lube I have been going to are great. They are professional and quick. I feel like this is a reflection of the fellow who manages this location. The prices are edging a bit to the point I can no longer justify some services but that is not anything the team there is responsible for.

Very nice when the staff keep you informed and actually talk to you instead running through like cattle. Great place so far. It was my first time at a Jiffy Lube because I was investigating Synthetic oils and Pennzoil was the best.

Overall a Great Experience from start to finish. Good overall review of needed vs suggested services. No hard sell just an opportunity to choose. Very friendly, helpful and quick. Definitely will return for next service.

Marvin who works the front counter was very friendly and professional the guys in the lube area were also friendly got the truck in quick and was done in less than 30 minutes no recommendations this time everything looked good I'll be back

I had a road trip planned but I forgotten to get my old changed before hand so I stopped in Missoula to have it done. I couldn’t believe how fast they had me in and out and the staff was so kind! I had my puppy with me and everyone was so kind. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

Oil change service completed quickly on F-150 while passing through on vacation. Luckily found space to detach 18 ft travel trailer across the street at a business closed on Saturday. Pleased with service and general check of fluids; dismayed that trailer could not have been parked in ample available space on side of Jiffy Lube for short time required. Will still recommend J.L. for oil changes.

Thy upcharged me $100 for an oil filter they got from O'Reilly's. The filter retails for $70 and is also priced into the oil change package. I did get a 10% military discount.
