Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1200 LAURA VILLAGE RD, APEX, NC, 27502-7140

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had in Apex! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The customer service was outstanding, and every single person was genuinely helpful. They even went above and beyond by providing useful information I didn’t think to ask for, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Always rockstars. Came in for quick inspection and was in and out in less that 30 minutes. Love this place and the team that works here.

Great customer service and very fast service. Stopped in for an inspection and was very satisfied.

We came in for an oil change and inspection. Chauntay was fantastic at the front counter. She was super welcoming, efficient and made the whole check-in process completely seamless with top-tier customer service. Out in the bay, Victor took care of our truck and did an exceptional, thorough job getting all the services completed quickly and correctly. Will definitely be back, huge thanks to Chauntay and Victor for taking such good care of us!

Tae and Tristian were amazing , got my inspection done after going to 5 other places with no inspectors. Very satisfied.

Very fast service and friendly staff

Very prompt, courteous and helpful. Felt good after my visit

Extremely helpful and polite, made the whole experience worthwhile

Fast , friendly staff

Shaunte was amazing. This was a very first time I went and got my car oil change and was educated on some things that was necessary to know about my car. Usually the guys don't do this but because it was a woman I guess she felt that it was necessary for me to know these things and I was very grateful for her to take her time out to school me on these things. I will only come back to this location if she is here. She provided me exceptional service and I don't even know her. Usually you get that if you know the person or if you've been to that location more than once.

Great experience! Tay and the team were all very friendly and helpful. I got an oil change and an inspection.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Laura Duncan Rd in Apex NC. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted by the service men who immediately came to see why I was there. I told them an oil change was in need. They took my car into the bay and it was ready within 15 minutes ! I jokingly said "well that was done in a JIFFY" ! They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you take your car there for any service needs.

As usual good quick customer

Great service on my car! – Thank you! Hi Team, I recently brought my car in for an oil change and extra work on my CV axle. I want to thank the technicians (Chauntay, Tristin, Korbyn) and staff for doing a great job. My car drives smoothly now, and I appreciate the fast and professional service. Thanks again!

Great service, ask for Tristin, the manager, and he will go out his way to try to please you.

My inspection was done in a reasonable the time, and they were able to utilize alternative identification, as I could not find my registration.

Fast and friendly service.

Best place for inspection!

I wasn’t even a customer I was here with my friend but the staff here were so friendly and considerate. Next time I’m in the area I will stop by.
